hey everyone! i'm new to the guild. you can call me VL or veal. i wrote this topic out of curiousity: does this guild not assign genin to teams? just curious because out of all my lurking i think i got the hint of that.

anyways, if the guild doesn't, i think that would be a good idea. it seems like a lot of work, obviously, but maybe characters could be assigned to eachother based on literacy (literacy level = skill level? just a thought). anyways, i was just throwing it out there.

my other inquiry was about picking a village. since i'm new, i've been checking out each of the village's subforums/threads (not sure what they're called) and looking at the members, general literacy, activity, etc... and i was just wondering how you all decided to pick a village, if you were an original character? (since of course if you were a canon character your village would have been preset, yes?) anyhow, i was also wondering if there was some basis i should use when picking a village to roleplay my character in... qualities, skills, activity, members or lack thereof?
