1. The story.
Five year's after the defeat of General Redip's, X and the other's went into retirement. Most of the other's that were X's friend's ended up crashing to the point of not being able to reboot anymore. Only 3 of them are still around. Zero, Axel and Massimo. Zero ended up coming out of retirement along with Axel and Massimo in order to keep fighting for X after he crashed. Ever since, Maverick's have began to return to the world and a new hero was born. This hero is believe to be X's grandson, But no one knows for sure.

Chris was sitting on a small patch of grass next to his grandfather's grave practicing with his sword. As he practiced, Chris thought, ' Grandpa, You were one of the best maverick hunter's ever. I am now going to practice and become the second best next to you.' Chris began to sweat like mad as he practiced. As he took a side step, Chris fell to the ground in a dazed position and said, " OUCH! What the heck?"

Chris stood up as stoutly as he could and began to practice again. There was a sudden quiet in the air as he slashed the air as quick as he could and thought, ' Axel, Massimo and Zero. They were my grandpas best friend's. They were there too when he crashed for good.' Chris did a foward fliping jump and slashed the air once again only this time he landed perfectly on the ground. Chris grinned as he said, " Yeah, Even Zero cant do that!"
Meanwhile, far away in a distant unkown mountan region. A man in a grey body suit stood up and said outloud, " Looks like X's grandson has taken up the calling of Maverick hunter." The man then grinned evilly and said, " This is going to be very interesting." The man then turned towards a wall that moved up showing off several crashed robot's that X had defeated year's earlier. The man then said in a evil tone as he pointed to the first robot which looked like a cheetah, " Jango, The cheetah who had recruited Spider to try and stop X. Spider changed side's and helped with your defeat. Now it is time that you made a comeback." The man then flicked his wrist which sent a strange black shockwave through the tank. Jangos eye's suddenly opened showing a bright red stare.

Monty gasped quietly as he sensed Jango come back to life. Monty jumped out of the tree and landed in front of Chris. He pointed twords the mountains with his hand and said" Jango has returned. Beware." He aimed his blaster at the ground and charged up a shot. He blasted the ground and went flying backwards into a tree. "When did that get here?" He asked, dazed.

Maiu sat on the roof of her hous waiting for her target to pass her aim.She was suppsed to be taking a mob boss out but she fell sleep for 3 minutes and might have missed him."Boss isnot going to be happy."She said axiously as a man fitting The targets descriptoin passed through her siniper rifle's eye piece.She shot at him and hit his head

Chris nodded to Monty and said, " You ok? That looked like a pretty powerfull shot." Chris then stood up and walked over and helped Monty up.
Meanwhile, In the far off mountain region. The man looked happily yet evilly at Jango and said, " Rise once again to power my friend. Take down all maverick hunter's that stand in your way and leave no one alive." Jango grinned wickedly as he said with a sneer, " Yes general, I shall do my best." Jango then opened the door of his re booting unit and exited the room. Jango thought with a chuckle, ' Looks like X's grandson is alive. I think it is time that i give a little payback to his family.' Jango then exited the room and walked to the cafeteria where he began to eat hurriedly to fill his empty stomach.
