Special Abilities: Teleportation (Line of sight), Shapeshifting (Fox form), rational thinking, mediation. Has a temper, once riled up.
Likes: Wiggling his toes in the grass, being outside, summer breezes, wearing very little, iced tea and wireless computers.
Dislikes: Stupid people, humid muggy weather, closed-minded people, bees, wintertime, rabbits.
Youko's beginnings and youth are pretty much up in the air. What that means is that he doesn't remember them, either. When Youko first came to Gaia, it was with a chip on his shoulder and an innate distrust of everything and everyone. No one's quite sure WHY he was that way, and he's not talking.
It took a rather quiet and caring soul... Envy Fairchylde, to get through the fox's shell, finally coaxing him out and began to teach him how to be relatively human. After he started letting others near, he met Karma and the others who quickly became friends. This was when Youko's protective streak showed through, and it became apparent that he wouldn't stand for his friends being stepped on.

With a noticable air of worry- or perhaps, unease- Zaxzi steps into the room you have currently occupied and folds his wings. There is no time to question how he entered the room, your home, this secure location- he is simply there, and he begins to speak. "The eggs have begun to emerge from the incubators. This is the second stage your egg will reach- it is still impressionable and easy to damage, but the shell is harder and the cub has gained the ability to take care of itself, somewhat. It no longer requires the artificial heat of the incubator, but it is also no longer protected by it- be very careful what you subject it to. Strong magic of any kind should be avoided at this stage...and may your God help you if I find you've mistreated it."With that...optomistic message, the Seer turns and leaves your presence.

Youko swallowed hard, nodding at the pard's message and looked down to the egg that rested in his arms. Now he was (no pun intended) walking on eggshells. At least in the incubator, the egg was safe and could be moved around... what happened if it fell? Or rolled away?
He could see it now. 'Oh I'm sorry, Mr. Zaxzi, it tottered on down the hill a pace. I'll just go make sure it's alright.'
Groaning softly, Youko just looked at the egg and let his fingers trace over the designs on it. "I'm doomed," he muttered, knowing full well that as kitsune went... he was a klutz.
"Let's just get you somewhere safe, shall we?" he murmured, getting to his feet and moving to pull the heavy blanket off the bed. He arranged it in a 'nest' of sorts on the floor, pushing the egg to rest in the centre of it safely. "And now let's hope you really DON'T roll."
Smiling, Youko moved to curl up on the end of the bed, his chin resting on his arms as he watched the egg carefully.
