THE HUNT
Story
In the world known as Ryn, weird and wonderful creatures Roam. Amoung these creatures are humans. The humans find hunting these animals a form of entertainment. They use tranquilizers to capture these animals to examine and domesticate.
For some reason, there has been an influx of the critters. The scientific community have asked the government to stop the hunting for a period for examination and have quarantined a large area.
During the tests, one clumsy scientist exposed the most dangerous critter to an experimental substance. This critter in its regular state is quite harmless, but the mutated version is lethal. The scientists have sent in their best hunters. Their mission is to eradicate all of these creatures and also find out the reason for the influx.

All Species with a Danger Rank of 5/5 are to be eradicated. 4/5's are to be captured with the most priority and 1/5's are to be captured with the least priority.
1. Juk~Danger Rank: 5/5 Giant bear-like creatures with 3 eyes and green fur
2. Kiom~Danger Rank: 3/5~Bloated pigs with barbed tusks and olive skin
3. Phy~Danger Rank: 2/5~Miniture horses with paws and odd markings
4. Glin~Danger Rank: 1/5~Grey monkeys with a hand on the tail
5. Tsuda~Danger Rank: 2/5~Blue fish with claws
6. Opun~Danger Rank: 3/5~Black Rabbits with wings that have an axe-like end on the tail
7. Yentha~Danger Rank: 1/5~Giant herbivore snake

Mach was lining up a shot when he got a buzz on his pager. He put on the saftey catch and pulled out the pager. He relinquished his shot at a Kiom and walked out the environment chamber. His suit switched back to Normal state as he ambled down the long white corridors of the science block. He stopped at a large elaborate door which had a sign 'Meeting Room'. He knocked on the door and it opened. He spotted a chair in the dim room and sat there, waiting for the other hunters to arrive.

Lucifer was about to stab a Tsuda with a handmade spear when he heard a loud electronic noise. The Tsuda swam away once the noise rung and Lucifer groaned. He walked back to the bank of the river and kneeled by his backpack. He rummaged through his things and pulled out a PDA and looked through his messages. Lucifer frowned with what he saw. Apparently he was being summoned by some institute for some research. He continued to read the message until he saw what they were willing to pay him for his services. Lucifer immediately threw his PDA into his bag and slung it over his shoulder. The institute wasn't far from where he was, and he was over there before long. Lucifer entered the building and navigated through it until he came to a large elaborate door that said 'Meeting Room'. He entered the room and saw another man sitting there. Lucifer ignored him and sat in a corner, whittling a piece of wood.

Kat was fishing looking for something to eat since she hadn't eatten in 2 days. Just as a fish took the hook her blackberry went off. "Damn!" She said trying to reel in the fish. The fish got away as a result. She picked up her blackberry the message to go to this institute. She gathered up her things. She was very hungry but just decided to run. She came to a large elaborate door which had a sign 'Meeting Room'. She walked in. She noticed the two men there. Kat walked in and sat down at a chair.

Mack grabbed his necklace and held onto the Tush tusk that acted as the pendant. It is the tusk of the first animal he ever caught. Mack considered it good luck because when it happened, he decided that hunting was the life for him. His life had never been better since. Mack broke the silence. "Have you two ever been here before?" Mack asked, jumping right to the point. He knew he sounded rude but he really didn't care because his rifle and knives were on him.

Lucifer looked over to the man and grunted twice, meaning no. Lucifer didn't know the man, and he didn't want to. Lucifer wasn't that social.

Walking into the meeting room, Althien wasn't happy. "I was just about to bag a good kill until the damn pager rings up and scares away my prey! This had better be good." He mumbled as he took a chair and set his rifle against the wall. He placed his feet up on the table, and took a toothpick out of his pocket and popped it into his mouth.

Mack glared at the newcomer. "Read the rules no. 6!" Mack pointed to a plaque on the wall. Rule no. 6 was 'No feet on the table. It contains more advanced technology than every bit of technology in the world put together.' "And if we are all going to do this together we have to comunicate." Mack put emphasis on Comunicate.

Althein grunted and took his feet off the table. "It won't get me back the game I was hunting." He said, leaning back into his chair. "Do we have anything to eat? I'm famished." He said, slowly forgetting about his lost pride.
