Rahu was alone and in the middle of a clearing grazing. after his talk with Aruna, he was sorely tempted to put his son SHizuka in his place upon hearing what was going on. wrinkling nose and lifting his head he was now bored since there was nothing to do unless he wanted to search down Shizuka but he rather him come to him first it would make things all the more interesting when he did. smirking, he gave a flick of his tail wonderign if Shizuka might show up anytime soon, it would atlest bring mild amusment or not.

Shizuka had left Zaicate to have the day for herself today after telling her he'd be gone to do some special business. He had run into Aruna a little bit ago, who had told him she'd be around the area if he needed her. Being coldly polite, he bade her farewell and continued his journey. Knowing Rahu, his biological father expected him, Shizuka Tsuyoi, to come and find him. The strange thing about Rahu and Aruna is that the family itself developed a kind of "sense" that told them where to find each other, no matter how far apart they were, they could find each other.
Shizuka was sure that if he wanted to find Raum he would be able to find his... he frowned. Right. He had disowned the family. He shouldn't really call them his family anymore... Something wet dripped from his cheek, making Shizuka blink. What was that? Was it raining? Hearing the sound of soft, trickling water nearby, he headed that way first. He wanted to know why there was water on him; maybe he had walked under a tree that still had the morning dew on it, and then when he saw his reflection, he stared.
It was a tear-streak. He was... crying? Why was he crying? Shizuka momentarily forgot he was supposed to find Rahu as he contemplated on the amazing account of him crying. He did not cry. He never cried. He didn't even feel sad. Just determined, and angry, and yet, here he was... staring at his reflection... that showed him with a shocked expression as tears slowly fell from his eyes.

Rahu gave a yawn out of boredom and went off towards where he could get a drink of water as he wanted a drink. tossing his mane as he went on his way, half expecting to ether have Shiz show up out of no where or just contiune the day dully. giving a loud snort, he didnt care who heard him coming as he moved through some bushs rather loudly and got some scraps but he didnt care. suddenly stopping he had a raised brow as he caught sight of his own son. hehe leave it to him to be the one to run into other rather than the other way around.

He was so deep in thought and still crying that he hadn't even heard the Rahu's familiar footsteps, which should have signaled him to hide his tears and to immediately attack his hated father. However, because he was in such deep thought, he gave no mind, figuring it was probably some random stranger. He chose to ignore those sounds and continued to try and figure out why he was still crying. It made no sense; he wasn't sad, or depressed, or any such negative emotion besides determined and angry. Why was he crying?

Rahu's eyes narrowed as he noticed the crying that SHiz was doing. what the hell was HIS son doing crying like a damn whimp like that. wrinkling his nose he went over closer dispit the fact there was a chance Shiz would turn on him. " look at who we got here and here i thought i wouldn't run into you so soon." keeping a compertable distance from Shiz and enough of one he could react, he waited to see what his son would do now that he spoke.

He froze when he heard that voice. Tears still falling from his eyes, he turned and his eyes flashed as he glowered at Rahu. Of all Soquili to find him, it just had to be his father. Really, what was Epona thinking? Bad enough he was crying, but with Rahu find him like this, it was enough to make Shizuka kill and want to dig a hold and bury himself. "You." He spat, and though his expression clearly said he wanted to kill Rahu, it was dimmed away by his tears, which he still couldn't figure out why they kept falling. Ridiculous. He was a tough, strong stallion. He never cried. So why now? Even Shizuka didn't know.

Rahu walked close to his son see as hehad not decided to out right lanch an attack on him for coming. a small smirk came to his face as he regarded Shiz calmly. " what kind of a greeting is that for your own father?" and care to explain why your crying like a whimp? never thought i would see one of my sons crying like a broken down mare." oh he knew SHiz would be beyond pissed off at him for his words . no matter he felt he could handle his own son and he wanted Shiz to get out any angry his held pent up plus a brawl would be fun for him anyways.

He didn't pause to bother an answer at Rahu as his father's words pierced through his mind. Rage and anger from being kept inside him for long prompted him to move forward at Kalona speed as he snarled his [pained] wrath upon Rahu. He reared with ferocity as his sharpened hooves sought out hated, dark-colored flesh, his dark brown eyes nearly the same color as Rahu's red eyes. Shizuka was in a bloodlust as he tried to kill his own father, however, no matter how hard he tried to stop the flowing stream from his eyes, the sparkling of tears shattered everywhere as he got into battle mode. "...DIE!" The word flew from his mouth as if he could easily say it to anyone and they would die. Shizuka was so angry... and with that anger came a pain that surprised him... he was... sad...?

Rahu was rather hard pressed to keep himself backed from Shiz as Shiz was in a rage of pent up anger that had been pent up for so long. " Tryed it and didnt like it but bring it on ." he had no plans of hurting Shiz at all just merly take him down if he could manage although he was goign to be hard pressed with that with Shiz trying to kill him. still smirking he attempted to knock shiz down even if he got himself hurt in the process.

Blinded with rage, Shizuka only followed what he smelled because he could barely see through the red that was causing a haze in his vision. His hooves flashed as he finally met flash... he wasn't sure where he had clawed, but he knew he had managed to get his father. A momentary lapse of triumph cleared his vision as he stopped to inspect his work, only to find Rahu looming over him. Completely caught off guard, Shizuka received payment for his attack with a blow that would more than likely knock him away. "MOTHER HATES YOU!" he spat, desperate to distract Rahu. "DIE YOU PIECE OF DIRT!"

Rahu gave a laugh at his son who spoke of Aruna. " your more of a fool than i thought if you dont think i havent talked to your mother already and it was a fun talk i might add." he wasnt going to be distracted by talk of Aruna as he had already spoken with her days before had and gave Shiz a good blow for being caught off guard to knock his down. " first lesson i gave to your own brother. never be caught off guard."

The surprise knock was enough to bring Shizuka out of his rage temporarily as he blinked rapidly to regain his eyesight. Damned father of his. First lesson? Hell, he didn't care. Rahu never trained him... Windflame did. He bared his teeth and went in for an artery as he was taught. Quick, swift, sudden, and silent. Windflame had been a harsh teacher, but Shizuka had survived, though his black coat his all the scars that Windflame had given him. The Kalona had no qualms about training with pain, and Shizuka had one hell of a good four months of training before Windflame said he was "good enough" and let him go.
During those four months he'd gotten to know Windflame's daughter, Blackfire, and though he had heard of the other daughter, Shizuka never really stayed around the area long enough to find out. The only reason he knew Blackfire was because the mare had been his sparring partner. She had been a tough mare for looking so dainty and delicate, but she was part kalona, so perhaps that explained some things. His thoughts were a whirl of a mess as he attacks his father, slipping in and out and in and out, though his vision was still slightly blurred from the blow to the head a moment ago.

Rahu now backed up away from Shiz and was rather enjoying himself though he knew Shiz was being way simular to him in the fact his rage was controling his attacks. geting a blow to the shoulder he stubbled a bit and lunged forwarded to mask his stumble. but as he did he faltered and almost ate dirt from it when he heard Raum's voice.
"what the hell are you two doing?!" was all Raum snarled out loud when he saw his father and Shiz fighting. eyes narrowed he was still pissed at Shiz from their last meeting but seeing them fight liek they would kill one another made him sick. knowing his mother, she would be angry with him if she where to find out he ran into this and did nothing to stop it.

Shizuka didn't realize how similar he was compared to Rahu, seeing as, like his father, he allowed his rage to control his actions, though, like his father, he was precise and accurate in attacking. He blinked when Rahu suddenly faltered (or rather, he lunged) but when he heard Raum's voice even Shizuka paused, long enough to spy Raum and then also realize... he was still crying. What? Hadn't he stopped crying during the fight? Both he and Rahu were a bloodied mess now. How long had they been fighting? Surely it hadn't been long... he began to back away until he was just at the edge the stream behind them. He glowered at Raum and then turned his heated, angry gaze on Rahu, tearstreaks on his face as tears continued to fall, though now he ignored his odd crying as he said nothing in response to Raum's interruption. He would kill both of them... he had to. Didn't he? He was starting to get confused...

Rahu stayed where he was after recovering his footing. they both where a mess right now and with the heat of the fight gone they both would start to feel the hurt of each others blows even more so. sneering he eyed SHiz who turned his attention back on him. " why have you stopped Shiz? i thought you planned to kill me or had your brother appearance stopped you?" oh Shiz coudl retort that hw himself had faltered when Raum had shown up but that was because he had not expected him to show up.
" i'll ask again. what the hell is going on here?" Raum moved closer to them but didnt even eye Shiz now who he had notice was crying which he wanted to knwo why but didnt ask that.
Rahu looked over at Raum and rolled his eyes. "stay out of it Raum." his words quickly made Raum growl and stop in place which drew a smirk to his face.
