Now I know we have an "Introduce Yourself" thread.... This is more for the introduction of an original RP character.

But you don't have to. You can just take charge of already premade anime characters.

Just remember something people: NO character is all powerful. No character is invulnerable. Don't ever decide what your attack will do to your opponent if your opponent is a human controlled character. They have the right to decide what will happen to their character as the result of an attack. They must also play fair.

Ok? There will be seperate rules for each RP, but for now, this is my rp character:

Anju is a thinly built girl, standing only at about 4 feet tall and weighing 55 pounds. She has a gentle complexion and bluish-silver hair of medium length and usually kept straight. Her eyes are of two different colours, with her right eye being golden and her left eye is blue. She usually wears a loose fitting white shirt tucked into a skirt of the same colour. Her skirt falls halfway between her knees and thighs. Over her shirt is a black coat, usually left unbottoned, with the sleeves being slightly larger than her arms. It's slightly worn from many years of use, but it still looks to be in fairly good condition. She has a fair skin tone and a very soft appearance about her, giving her the look of a very gentle and caring girl. Her shoes are black, same as her jacket.


Character Personality: Anju is a loving girl, but she's rather silly for her age. Sometimes she can be serious if she wants to be, but her appearance of 9 makes her unable to grasp everything right away. She tries to be smart whenever she can, though her inexperience with the world and its affairs leads her to be ignorant of various things every now and then. Though she is soft in her voice, she gets a harsher tone when she is angered or feels strongly about something. She always tries to make friends and gives everyone a fair chance. Though if she doesn't like something about you, she tends to speak her mind. She usually learns new things fairly quickly and is by all means not slow. Anju constantly cares about life, whether it's hers or somebody else's, and she'd defend the people she loved until she couldn't fight anymore if she could help it. She tries never to be in the way, and helps out when she can. Her unusual status makes her energy get drained fairly quickly, yet she recovers that much faster. She is a kind and caring girl, but due to a past event, she has a problem with being alone.

Character History: Anju's history is one littered with mystery. Anju herself believes her parents had abandoned her at an early age and she had been wandering ever since trying to find a home and someone to care for her. The truth is she was never born, but rather created and designed in a laboratory to be an artifically created mage. A powerful weapon that could be used for war. But somewhere someone saved her and managed to free her. But they lost their life in the process. Anju was raised a little by different agencies, but usually they end up abandoning her or ejecting her because of her being a genetic freak. They didn't know of her having an artificial life, but her dual-coloured eyes made her an outcast. Nobody appreaciated it, but instead believed her to be evil and would end up throwing her out. She understands that she has magical abilities, but she tries to keep from using it unless forced to. Her specialty lies in ice. She'll practice with it, but unless defending someone, she doesn't use it otherwise. At one time, Anju was extremely thirsty, and some stranger took advantage of that and gave her some sake. This knocked Anju out and the man attemtped to have his way with her while she was still semi-conscious. Luckily, a woman nearby saw what was happening and came to her aid. Anju was given a warm bed and a hot meal to for one night, but had to leave the next day because the woman was unable to care for Anju, though she wanted to. Because of that frightening encounter, Anju hates to be alone, so she wanders the world trying to find someone to call "family".

Character Dislikes: People who do stupid things, people who kill without remorse.

lol You didn't have to use the same character profile sheet I did. I only used a character I had created in the past under someone else's guidelines. But it's helpful anyways. Nice character, I wonder how my own could tie into a story with yours? Perhaps we should start an RP and see how we can take it.

Personality: Goofy, Thinks a lot, but often times keeps his thoughts to himself. He tends to have fits of insanity, due to his connection with the darkness itself. He's neither good nor evil, just a living conduit for the darkness.

Bio: Blu was born as a covered blob of darkness. Fearing for his reputation, his father killed his Mother on account of thinking that Blu was a demon's child. Afterwards, Blu was thrown to the wild to die, oddly enough, the black blob encircling him dragged him around to safety, taking care of him till he was able to do these things on his own. By the age of six, the black blob retreated to inside Blu's body, occasionally coming out, and messing with Blu's head on new moons, where the sky is completely devoid of any moonlight. At age 10, Blu started to learning how to harness the darkness, but never very well. By age 12, he was recruited to a secret alchemist military organization, where he learned to succesfully transform the darkness into a solid substace, and keep it that way. Sadly, because of his involvements with this military, he was forced to fight for them, which ended up scarring him even more. The years passed, and the military was no longer needed, the troops were disbanded and released, leaving Blu with nothing but his clothes, and two feet to travel on. He's been traveling the roads to this very day, involving himself with numerous conflicts to figure out new ways to harness the darkness.

Appearance: Blu has long white hair, black eyes, a demon emblem engraved on his head that represents his proof a conduit for the darkness. He carries a scythe made out of the substances of the darkness, while also wearing an outfit of black and blue diamond pants, along with a sweatshirt.


Skills: Blu has a certain amount of control over the darkness, for now, he can only control to certain limits, what his shadow can do such as stretching it to odd lengths, and if the situation requires, to walk around on it's own(think peter pan type of shadow with more control), at his current level however, blu cannot turn his shadow into a solid shape of any kind. The scythe can be forced to increase it's length in the nonsharp parts of the weapon, making it also a staff of sorts when used properly. At night, Blu's power increases but only so much, at night, he's at his full strength(during the day, his power is severely weakened(which is approximately about 65% of his usual 100% in his total power arsenal), but if there's a strong enough shadow nearby(say a enormous tree for example) then as long he stays within those shadows he'll be at the his strongest depending on which phase the moon is in. If it's a new moon, and there's no moon out, then his shadow takes on a will of it's own, depending on how strong he is, the shadow could possibly injure blu fatally in the heat of battle, the stronger he gets, the more dangerous he becomes to himself.

Equipment: Blu carries with him a scythe made out of the substances of darkness, and turned to a solid shape.

i made him extremely strong, but severely limited it, makes for an interesting story.

how the heck do you make a nine year old serious looking o.o?

dude in the next rp my character is going to be the reaper, and him and your homeslice are gonna have to have a scythe battle, it will be sweet, though i warn you, its the reaper, he is the scythe master, as usual, so dont expect an easy win, and expect plenty of trickery.
