A faint purple glow in the distance cast it's self upon the sky. Anyone from Pardwyn would know, a Shadow Geyser had already been summoned. The black mass of a tower rose from cracked and tainted ground. All around it the ground has turned dead, with cracks off red and orange, slimey and warm to the touch. It was infected by the dark energies emited from this place. A sore sticking out of the Earth she could do nothing about. The geyser rose high from the ground, as tall as most palaces. The tangled mass of obsidian twisted around its self as if curling in pain as it had grown, and later trying to escape itself. At the very base was a large opening, inside housing a portal upon it's floor. The purple light eminated strongest from here while trapped souls swirled in the fog it emited in this center. They formed heads, most with a look of terror or screaming, the dark energy pulled them in, fed them, held them there. They would give back the energies needed to transport anything Lanyx desired. The floor of the geyser was what appeared to be liquid. It would ripple when walked upon and give way to the tresspasor, but unless they summoned the spirits to travel through they would not pass. From the center of the geyser into the circling stormy clouds above, a purple light rose, as if blood slowly trickling upwards in many badly formed lines. The light eminated from the dark tip of the geyser, a hole in the center leading down to the lights source.
Lanyx emerged from it with a small squad of his soldiers and a few vampires who wished to aid him. Gaia was over run, good, bad, whatever, anything wanting to help him was a good thing. Hehad demons, creatures, human, undead, spirits, you name it. He didn't wanna just poke around and scare a few people, innevitable, he wanted to conquer as much of the known realms as he could. Free of all bounds, he could do as he pleased, without concequence to himself, there was only one hitch. One person he was still bound too.
He glared down the hill towardsthe GIT building. "Mother.." He grumbled. She always stands in the way of my plans... for now though I must ignore her. The battles around his borders in Pardwyn would still rage, but the outer ring warriors, as they had been called lately, were cut down to size, one was rather close at the moment. Returning home after injury, as well as to return to his duties here.
Lanyx turned to his men. "Now, you stay here and guard the place while the scouts do thier job. I have things to tend to, now that I have easy passage here." He took a breath and plced a hand on the squads commanders shoulder. "Do not worry though, action will come soon, I do plan to hurt many many beings. But the time for war is not yet upon us, but it is creeping up ever so slowly." He moved away heading off. "Kill anything that tries to enter." He spoke harshly and then vanished.
The guards took point while the vampires quickly moved through the city. The only indication they were Lanyx's were a few gold markings upon them.
