Lady Miyuka had been hacked. She was hacked about 3 months ago. She reported it to the Gaia staff the day after she found out. They did not reply to her yet. She told me at school that she would make a new character but, I don't think she got to it yet, or she totally quit... I'll ask her when I see her again.

The avatar she is currently using until things can be figured out is Minaiko. Apparently not only did the admins not reply, they deleted her avatar. sweatdrop Hopefully we can get things figured out 3nodding

I know thats crappy customer support >_>
They should check her logs and see what IP has logged in last and IP ban the character. Also checking her logs could tell them what items were stolen. It's not hard and it shouldnt take much time. =/
Sucks that they did something so harsh as that.
