The group now contains Takahashi Ai, Niigaki Risa, Kamei Eri, Michishige Sayumi, Tanaka Reina, Kusumi Koharu, Mitsui Aika, Chun Li, and Lin Qian.
The three newest members Mitsui Aika, Chun Li, and Lin Qian.
They are Chinese and were added to help spread Morning Musume throughout Asia.
-So what do you think about it?
-What do you think of Takahashi Ai being the leader of the group and Niigaki Risa the sub-leader of the group?
-Who is your favorite member out of the group now?
-Who do you wish was still in the group?

So what do you think about it?
I'm excited, it's going to be interesting how they do with the japanese language. And Aika is just really cool, so...yeah...
-What do you think of Takahashi Ai being the leader of the group and Niigaki Risa the sub-leader of the group?
Niigaki has soooo much more talent than Ai... but that's just my opinion, yes, Takahashi is WAY talented... but I feel like it's Takahashi Ai feat. Morning Musume, more than Morning Musume...ya know?
-Who is your favorite member out of the group now?
Too many... Aika, Chun Li, Lin Qian, Tanaka Reina, Koharu Kusumi, Michishige Sayumi, Niigaki Risa, Kamei Eri...yeah...
-Who do you wish was still in the group?
Nono & Aibon crying and Marippe & Yossi, Gomaki, Charmy, Ogawa, Konkon...I just might cry now thinking about all of them

Yeah it's going to be interesting to see how they do with the Japanese language. From interviews with them it seems they are good at speaking it but have a bit of a difficulty understanding the language.
My favorite member now is Takahashi Ai and Tanaka Reina.
I think Ai is a good leader but I think it could of been a toss up between her and Reina.
I really wish Yaguchi Mari was still in the group, she was and always will be my favorite member of Morning Musume. I really wish she didn't leave.
I wish Fujimoto Miki hadn't left and I wish Yoshizawa Hitomi didn't have to leave. Miki was a very good singer and so gorges. And I loved Hitomi because of her tomboy style.

-I was nervous about having shy Takahashi as leader at first, but during Mikan was was really channeling Yossi. that is, standing tall and bringing everyone together with a big happy grin.
-Now it's Kamei or Aika. Aika is the utter essence of idol cuteness, and Kamei has caught my attention since her photobook came out.
-YOSHIZAWA HITOMI. Because she is my favorite, as well as being so funny!

I love Hitomi, I was so sad when she left. She was very funny and she made the group shine a bit more.
