I don't understand the reasons people have for not believing in the Lord. sad They claim the bible isn't true and nothing in the bible can be proved. So many scientists have tried to prove the bible is false but all have failed and just proves the bible is true. Which leads us to Christ's crucifix.

Yes, Jesus DIED for YOU! Are any of you people aware that? Let me give you a heads up. exclaim

Jesus went through so much and yet He still loves you, regardless of what you do! Everybody has someone that hates them but there's a person who'd never hate you but love you forever.

Jesus' beard was literally ripped off His face. It was probably all swollen and bloody from it. crying

A thorn crown was placed upon His head. Not just taking it and placing it on, but pushing it down on His head and puncturing it. Now they weren't just small half inch thorns but a good half foot or so, if not larger. His head was most likely bloody and swollen too. crying

Jesus was whipped on His back with nothing on. NO! It's not that when the Jews hit Him it didn't leave a sting. The whip held broken shards ofglass or any sharp object and the whipped Jesus and it tore his skin and left a large gash, and it was done at least 30 times. crying

After that they placed a robe on Him. They didn't place it on Him, but they pushed it on His back. You already know after being slapped on the back from sunburn it hurts, right? That's not real pain. After the blood dried on the robe, they tore it off His back and it reopened His wounds. crying

When they were going to the hill, they made Jesus carry the cross by Himself. No help. It was probably 100lbs. or more and He was so exhausted He couldn't go anymore and Simon had to go and help Him. I don't remember whether or not it was of will or order. crying

As Jesus was going to the hill to be crucified, all the Jews were around to watch. I bet if Jesus got even close to them they'd hit Him. They'd spit at Him too. crying

As Jesus was being crucified they took a large stake, you know, like the one they use to nail in railroad tracks, and nailed His hands and feet to the cross. It wasn't at the palm of His hands but most likely His wrists or it'll rip right through His palm from the pressure. They had to stretch His arms so far that it hurt. His feet were crossed over each other and nailed like that and for extra hold the tied His arms too. crying

There was a hole in the ground to put the cross and they did not place it in. They dropped it in, hurting Him even more.

There were Jews everywhere watching it and doing absolutely NOTHING. They laughed and mocked Him.

And yet... crying

He prayed to God and asked for their forgiveness. After all they did to Him, He still prayed for their forgiveness and He loved their. He still loved them!!!!! He didn't hate them, it was a feeling forbidden to Him!! He is God and during that time too He became human. He knew what you/they were going through, he knew everything because He was a human too.

Why did He pray for them? He asked God to forgive them because they didn't know what they were doing.

What does it mean? It means that they didn't know that he was God, and if they did know that would they have killed Him? That's why he prayed for their forgiveness.

I heard this so many times. People say if they were there they wouldn't have hated Him. No... The Jews knew that our Savior was coming, but they were expecting Him to be a real King and rich and famous. They hated Him for it, because He claimed He is Jesus and He is! They didn't believe Him because He wasn't rich. That's why they hated Him. crying

It was the Jews that killed Jesus but it had to be done. Because if He hadn't died we would never be forgiven. You may be willing to die also but pure blood must be spilled, and that's Jesus.

You didn't have a choice if you were there and no matter how many times you said you wouldn't have hated Him you would've, because you'd believe he was supposed to be rich. Even if you did know the prophecy was coming.

Jesus loves you. He loves you so much that he's willing to DIE for you. No one has a reason to not believe in Him because the Bible is true and even if you try to prove it's not, God will always prove it is true... cry

Three days after Jesus was crucified he rose again and it says in the following chapters:

I'm 13 years old and I understand. No one doesn't have any reason to hate Jesus Christ our Savior or God our Creator.

i believe jesus died on the cross ,so if we ever sinned we won't go to hell.if he did't none of us would of been born

I have gone off on a few people... I try to remain calm but my faith tends to run on the defensive side.

It's not a matter of whether the bible is true or false, it's a matter of whether you have faith in it. People want to try to prove it right, not for the religion, but to satisfy their ego and to see the scientist eat their words. Honestly tell me this, why should you care? If you beleive in your faith then beleive in it. Others do not have to accept the religion, but it's moral of them to accept your choices of it.

I'm glad you made this. I bet and/or hope you changed a few lives today. Jesus and I are proud of you. heart heart

Umm. technically Jesus was killed for heressy blasphemy and the spreading of new ideas.
