The mountain range that has come to be known as the Demon’s Spine is the Northernmost region in Wormwood. Spanning the length of the entire continent, the Demon’s Spine range draws its name from the tall jagged peaks that look almost skeletal in appearance. It is within these vast mountains that the Vampires, the dominant race in Wormwood, reside. Littered throughout the mountain range are the several castles and manors belonging to the various Vampire clans and families throughout Wormwood’s history. And although many Vampires prefer to stay isolated within the mountains, there are others that would rather traverse the land of Wormwood and demonstrate their authority over the humans more directly.
