Let's Fight!  vs 
Setting: The two pokemon are pit against one another in the Zatou National Stadium.
Sunki's Starting HP: 700
Ace's starting HP: 700

Battleground Selection!
Randomizer...start!
The screen towering above the stadiums' bleachers began to rotate clockwise to determine what field the pokemon would fight on. Anticipation began to build as the dial began to slow down...
Finally, it came to a complete stop.
The field of choice was....The Grass field: The breeze from the stadium air conditioners rustled the flat grassland arena, sending small clouds of harmless pollen into the air. The land is completely flat, making manuverability easy to those build to walk on land.

Battle....START!
The offical for the matched stepped up the plate, his blue-black uniform visual under the brilliant florenscent lights of the stadium. Clutching a flag in each hand, the young man glanced left and right before making the announcement to start. The deep voice echoed through the headset microphone and rang out from the stadium speakers.
"This is an offical stadium match! Each trainer may use only one pokemon each! There is no time limit! Are both trainers ready?"
At the confirming nods from both pokemon and trainer, he flicked both flags into the air; once both flags moved south, the battle could offically begin.

Jen paced towards the west end of the field, amid the cheers from fans she had (unwillingly) gathered from past matches. Stopping, she stared out at the grass field that stretched out infront of the two trainers.
"*sigh* Thank you, randomizer....This is a good starting field for you."
Reaching towards her belt, she unhooked the red and white container from it's holder and enlarged it; staring at it for a few moments, Jen tossed it straight into the air.
"ACE! Time for your first match! Let's go, my friend!"
In a burst of white light, the smaller-than-average Zubat took to the air above the stadium field. Screeching, he circled it once....twice...three times for good luck before spiraling downwards to hover about a foot above the grass blades.

Samantha glanced around the arena, a bit unnerved by the cheers her opponent was receiving. "Nothing like facing someone with the home field advantage..." she mused idlly. Ah well. The artist-turned-trainer had never turned down a challenge yet and she wasn't about to start now.
"Let's do this."
The red light from the Pokeball in her hand materialized into her friend Sunki, who yawned and stretched lazily. "Alright you," she chuckled, scratching the Meowth's head fondly. "You sure you're up for this?"
The cat Pokemon's tail twitched eagerly, the sparkle in her eye enough answer for Samantha. "Alright...here we go then."
Sunki purred, nudging Samantha's hand with her nose before bounding forward to take her place in the arena, casting an appraising eye over her opponent in the meantime.

The offical moved his flags in a downwards motion, his next words almost being drowned out by the excited pokemon fans sitting around the stadium above the trainers.
"YOU MAY BEGIN!"
"Alright Ace, let's do this! Start off this battle with a Poison Fang attack!"
Gaining momentum for his strike by flapping high into the air, The little Zubat hovered there for a few seconds before darting down towards the Meowth like a blue dart.
He gave a loud screech as his fangs began to glow a harsh, purple color; tucking in his wings a bit more, Ace aimed straight towards his opponents' side with his mouth open and fangs bared to their full extent.

Hissing, Sunki whirled on the Zubat, dodging the attack so closely that the wind whistled and ruffled her fur as the attacking Pokemon zipped by.
"Way to keep on your toes, Sunki! Now, before he can recover! Give that Zubat a good Scratch attack!"
Ears twitching as she kept track of her oppoment, Sunki pulled back a paw and extended her claws, freshly sharpened. She took aim carefully...and struck!

The pain came from no where; crying out at the stinging sensation, Ace quickly took back to the air before the Meowth could get another hit in on him.
Fuming, Jen watched the Meowth for a moment before glancing up at her pokemon flying around her head. The red marks were eye-sore obvious against his bright-blue fur.
"ACE! Use Razor wind! Let it fill the entire field and don't let that pokemon get away!"
Darting down so he was hovering just above the field again, Ace began to flap like a mad pokemon. A harsh wind was whipped up from out of thin air as blades of light appeared in the core of the wind-gust. A screech from Zubat and the blades began flying in all directions; some left swallow ditches as they hit the soft earth of the grass field while others slammed against the metal walls below the stadium stands. Whether it would actually make contact....neither pokemon or trainer knew.

Sunki tried desperately to avoid the blades...but no such luck. She yowled harshly in pain as a blade struck her flank, knocking her off balance and onto the ground. The Meowth snarled, struggling to her feet again with the light of battle shining in her eyes.
"Hang in there Sunki! Let's show them that your claws aren't the only thing they should fear! Bite attack!"
Bounding forward eagerly, the Meowth lunged into the air with jaws open wide, wondering idlly how Zubat tasted.

Ace wasn't fast enough to avoid the bite with the winds raging around him. Screeching as the fangs dug into his body, Aeon tried desperately try to squirm out of the cat pokemons' mouth.
"Ace, use the close range to your advantage! Use your own bite attack!"
Squealing, Ace twisted and bit down on the meowth's muzzle with his own sharp fangs as hard as he could.

Samantha cringed, watching the two Pokemon's circular battle. "Sunki! Bring your claws back into play for a Scratch! We have to end this quickly!"
Sunki growled at the bat, reaching up with claws drawn to scratch at the bat, trying to get it to let go of her muzzle. His fangs may have been smaller than her own, but that didn't mean they didn't still hurt!

Jen winced as the attack left more red marks on Ace's body and wings; were all of her pokemon going to end up with scars all over their bodies? She rubbed the bridge of her nose, trying to figure a way out of this bad situation.
She then perked up, a light bulb appeared above her head.
"ACE! Try a Poison fang attack once more!"
Screeching at the Meowth holding him prisoner, his fangs began to glow that dark purple color again before he made an attempt to bite at the cat pokemon once more.

Hissing with pain, Sunki shook her head, still holding Ace in her jaws. This was different...this attack burned as well as the pain from the Zubat's fangs.
"Close combat is too dangerous!" Noting her Pokemon's building frustration, Samantha changed tactics. "Get away from him, Sunki, but pour that anger into Fury Swipes in the process!"
Spitting out the bat with disgust, Sunki privately noted never to eat a Zubat in the future as she brought up her front paws for a series of rapid Fury Swipes.

The claws snagged Ace on the wing as he made another attempt to fly out of reach; he gave a screech before twisting and squirming in the pokemon's grasp. This, however, was making the situation worse.
"Ace! Use a Screech attack and make it's ears ring!"
Twisting so he was facing the evil cat, Ace concentrated for a moment before opening his mouth and letting loose a ear-piercing soundwave at close range.
Jen quickly covered her own ears at the sharp noise as she began to feel dizzy and sick. Something told her that her Zubat shouldn't use that attack as often anymore.....

Sunki yowled, releasing the bat and crouching down with her paws over her ears in pain. Samantha wasn't faring much better on the sidelines, her head pounding at the horrid noise, even with her hands over her ears.
Samantha's voice could barely be heard at all over the noise, so it was doubtful that Sunki would even understand her. But she tried.
"Sunki! Gotta.....op the...oise!"
Who knew if the Meowth heard her or not. Either way, her eyes glinted with a touch of predatory nature as she steeled herself and stood, opening her jaws to answer the Screech with one of her own.
Either they'd cancel each other out...or everyone here would be hearing bells for weeks.
