My first Blessing is as follows:

This blessing is to help remember dreams and to get rid of bad dreams

You need: 1 white candle

light the candle and hold it in your hand

Say:
white candle with your bright white light help me remember my dreams tonight Blessed be
or
white candle with your bright white light bring me good dreams tonight blessed be

once your done just blow out the candle and go to sleep
