Before you make your character, you must know one important fact. In Wormwood, time stands still. This is why the Vampire race is able to live immortally. When a human is harvested into Wormwood, he or she does not age. Therefore, a human harvested from a medieval village in the 1500s will look the same physically as a human harvested from a modern day city in the 1990s.
This allows for you to make characters ranging from several differesnt time periods throughout history. HOWEVER, the time period in the real world remains in the modern day. So you may not make futuristic characters.
If you wish to join this RPG, fill out the following form, and I will notify you by PM if your character is accepted or not. You may then start roleplaying.

Character Name: Zak Zel'urtha (Note: I know I have another char named this in another roleplay in this guild but there personalities are far from the same so don't expect my post to be similiar to those.)
Character Alias/Nickname: Vamperic hunter

Skin tone: Very pale
Height: Six foot
Build: He is muscular yet he is of a smaller build. His muscles are not overly big, and it seems as if has worked years on the perfection of a warrior.
Hair color: black
Hair length and/or style: Short
Eye color: Red
Facial hair: n/a
Clothing: My character wears out of the norm for most hunters. He wears all black garb with a small cape with a gilded red around his neck. He also wears a black hat (Like the vampire slayer one).
Weapon/s: His weapons are many, he has around 10-15 different weapons.
Powers, skills, and abilities: His skills include that of two basic things. One is his abilites as a pcionist. His second ability is that of elemental manipulation.
Bio: Zak is probably the oldest known hunter to walk the wormwood. His exploits are known as well as that he is said to think like a vampire. For most vampires manipulate the hunters easily and use them for there own private toys yet Zak is said to have manipulated plenty of vampires to get what he needs. Zaks time when he was harvested is said to be around the time the black plague swiped the world but no one is sure of it. For Zak makes sure no one knows his true age, for it is of the upmost importance to keep secret.
Zak is usually named the vampiric hunter because of the way he thinks and the way he acts. Not many vampires look down on them for even though no one says it aloud, the know there are more then a few vampires know that Zak's twin blades have spilled more then a little vampire blood.

Skin tone: Somewhat Pale.

Build: average.
Hair color: A bronze kind of brown.
Hair length and/or style: Clementine’s hair is long and wavy. It goes down to her thighs.
Eye color: Her eyes are a bright kind of amber.
Clothing: Her clothes are simple and from the modern age. She wears a black spaghetti strap under a black button-up shirt and jeans. Clementine wears tennis shoes, thankfully.
Other: Clementine always carries a small shoulder bag. In it she keeps a small notebook, pens and a few knick-knacks that have no use whatsoever.
Powers, skills, and abilities: Clementine is not very athletic, but she is skilled and resourceful when coming up with strategies. And she can think well in heated situations.
Bio: Clementine was a normal 15-year-old girl before she was Harvested. She lived in New York City with her parents. She went to school and she had friends.

Weapon/s: Two Black and Red Sais
Powers, skills, and abilities: Quiet Skilled in Hand To Hand Combat, She has Intangibility, meaning that she can pass through solid objects, although she chooses not to use this power very often.
Bio: Charlie comes from the small island of England, before she was harvested she was an average girl who prided herself on being physically fit and being top in her classes, although she did not have many friends, the ones she did have would stand by her no matter what. In the year 1998 She was harvested, leaving all her family, friends and loved ones behind. She managed to pass the hunters test by a margin due to her combat skills. She was given her Sais when she was assigned to a vampire and since then has never been seen without them, she was quick to pick up n how to use them as she had seen them used before. Charlie tries not to think about her family and friends but when the yearly harvest comes around she wonders whether they still think about her and what they maybe doing and that maybe, one day one of her loved ones will make it into the world of Wormwood and be able to join her in her lonely life.

Powers, skills, and abilities: Enhanced speed, sight, and smell. As well as reading the minds of certain people.
Bio: Asame was turned to a vampire when she was around 19; her appeared age. Ever since she can remember she had been in Wormwood, and participated in many harvests. Though she can overpower many, she had always had the personality of a shy quiet girl; yet deep inside she is a cold blooded killer. Only when she is angered or has a reason is this darker side of her released.

Usually slicked back and under a hat anyway. Eye color: White, cloudy, and pupil-less. Almost corpse-like in appearance Facial hair: Heavy stubble or 5 o’clock shadow. (No full beard or mustache of any kind.) Clothing: Django is often dressed in what could be considered an old-timey mortician’s outfit in the mortal world. This consists of a black frock coat which measures in at about knee-length, black dress pants, and a pair of black western riding boots affixed with a set of rusty spurs. Sometimes he will wear a dark brown duster over his clothes when the need calls for it, and he is rarely (if ever) seen without his trademark wide-brimmed hat. Weapon/s: A Colt S.A.A. revolver ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colt_Single_Action_Army_handgun ) with a 7.5 inch barrel that has been affixed with a special “Sin Eater” cylinder. The sin eater is unique in that it is actually a small, living creature rather than a metal component. Every time a monster of Wormwood is killed with the revolver, the sin eater will absorb all the beast’s negative life energy to be used as ammo for the next shot. The one drawback is that it is useless against a vampire. Powers, skills, and abilities: Upon becoming a hunter, Django was granted the power of the “Corpse Claw” by the vampires. This power causes his left hand to appear as if it is in a constant state of decay, and is the reason he was given the alias “Deadhand” throughout Wormwood. Many abilities are housed within the corpse claw, and even Django does not know the full extent of its powers yet. Bio: Django was harvested into Wormwood in the year of 1881, from the region known as Arizona, U.S.A. in the mortal world. For much of his life, he was a ruthless outlaw who made his living robbing trains, banks, and stagecoaches throughout the American West. In the year of 1877, Django narrowly escaped death at the hands of a wandering bounty hunter who intended to kill him for the price on his head. Wounded and discouraged, Django decided to leave his old ways behind, abandoning the life of an outlaw. Eventually, he found his way to the town of Tombstone, Arizona. There he decided to set up shop as an undertaker, reasoning that death was a business that would always provide an income, especially in the lawless American frontier. Django worked peacefully under an assumed name for nearly four years. Then, on October 26, 1881, the famous event known as the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral broke out. In the aftermath of the notorious conflict, Django personally buried Billy Clanton and the McLaury brothers, who had been slain by Wyatt Earp and his fellow lawmen. Only five days later, on October 31, 1881, Django was stripped from the mortal world, and into Wormwood. Brought before the Master, he was given the usual choice: Prove himself worthy to live, or be handed over to the vampires as livestock. On accepting the test, Django was forced to face off against a powerful vampire warrior in a duel to the death. Whether by skill or just plain luck, the vampire’s life was taken, and Django was granted the title of “Hunter”. Throughout his 120+ years in Wormwood, Django has managed to garner a small reputation as a hunter. He and the vampires have a sort of mutual respect for one another, and even fleeting friendships have developed with one or two of them. After wandering the land for quite some time, he now resides in the Great Cemetery, again taking up the profession he once practiced in the mortal world…an undertaker. Here he buries the bodies of the dead, and acts as a caretaker to the grounds surrounding the Mortis Root. And despite his bitter fate as a harvested human, Django has come to call the twisted land of Wormwood home.

Bio: James was a young boy of the age of seventeen. He was harvested (the day we begin roleplaying) and will soon take the trials to become a hunter. He has heard about hunters and even seen one in a dark garb. James is a novice to battle and wits though so he is counting on his uncanny ability to be lucky to surpass the trials. Though he was pretty good at using a pistol that type of weapon is not easy to find in the wormwood where such materials are not found. James was harvested because he protected his brother from the harvester so they took him instead. He hopes to stand up the vampires and one day find his way home.

Bio: Lee has been in wormwood from birth, his parents lived here and he is a natural born vampire not turned. After their death by werewolves he vowed to decimate the race, seeking out hunters or bringing them in himself he attacks and kills them whenever he can, often using his parents money or the dream of freedom to gain the human’s skills. He is a cold person who has long ago withdrawn from his emotions, and in his quest he has also participated in many harvests, looking constantly for the perfect hunter that would destroy the werewolf race.

Weapon/s: Twin battle axes, a bow and arrow. She uses what she is used too.
Powers, skills, and abilities: She is a naturally good healer, but when she became a hunter she was given enhancements to her currently abilities of good tracking, hearing and seeing abilities. She can conceal herself to her surrounds also.
Bio: Born many years ago to the times known for Arthurian Legend Ailith was born to that world. Although as is the case in Wormwood, not all legends and myths are just that. Classed as a Salmainion/Briton. Ailith grew up in the conflicting rural England. She lived in a little hamlet with her family and others, although they were all classed as family be it true or not. Growing up, she learnt from her mother to cook and care for the family and from her father and brothers hunting and tracking skills.
It was one night during the Beltane celebrations that she was harvested to come to the land of Wormwood. Unlike many she did not weep or fear what was there. She was ready for anything.
She was brought before the Master and given the choice. Choosing the way she had learnt from her parents and brothers she chose to prove herself worthy to be a hunter for the master. She was faced off against one of the many creatures kept for the occasion, in a battle to the death, in an arena underground. After almost ten hours she emerged, and be it through skill, luck or some intervention she was alive, but badly wondered. Nevertheless she was given the title 'Hunter' by the Master and indeed was one of the few women who had never wept or faulted in their harvest to the world of Wormwood.
Over her 900 plus years living and hunting in Wormwood, she as almost become well known as one of the few hunters who as lasted this long and the only female who, with such 'primitive' weapons as managed to make it through. She is by no means admired, but known for her almost fearless behavior. She tended to distance herself from many of the hunters and even the vampires though. Working alone and seeing no point in trying to make a friendship although she as made a few comradeships. Rumors say it is because she befriended one hunter and it cost his life, some say she is just too heartless. The only way to know would be to ask her.
She still wonders the land, moving from place to place, not really holding one job but working here and there when she needs money. It is said she as some place she dwells off in a lone region of the world that is a replica of the home she left so many years ago. Some people, newer hunters and some vampires even believe she is just a legend now. But she certainly isn't that....

When he first arrived in wormwood, he was a little too trusting, which nearly got him killed a few times, but now, all he does is hunt, and when he is hired, assassinates.
