Okay. The general consensus is that this guild should be transferred to Miss Fro. I agree with that. I need someone or a group of someones to get together and pen the letter that explains our situation to Gaia Guild Admin to see if they would be willing to transfer ownership. I'd hate to see this guild die.
I also need, just in case the letter is not enough, you active members to sign the petition to make Miss Fro captain. If you agree, please post 'I sign.'

I sign, however I think it may be better if Miss Fro was promoted to a place somewhat equal to guild captain (if possible) because it is possible that Chihaya may decide to return.

The plight of this guild being dire, and good and sufficient reason having been provided, we, the members of the Official Louie Von Helson Fanclub hereby recognize the need to undergo a change of leadership, in order to ensure our continued success and well-being as a community.
We acknowledge that the intentions of our captain, Chihayatheblackangel, were good, and that under her direction, this guild had, too, once flourished with the activity and fanfare of any functioning guild. We are thankful for her efforts, and do take all due remorse in light of her inactivity. However, our need is great. Little has been done in the ways of promotion and monitoring for the good of the whole since her prolonged absence began, over two months ago. We feel that it would be an endeavor toward highest order and greatest good of the community at large to transfer all ownership and universal controls to another. Due to lack of other candidates, and an overwhelming majority voiced in favor of one user Miss Fro, we hereby select the afore-stated user as our new captain.
Upon her acceptance, and transfer of power unto her, we, as a collective entity, expect one Miss Fro to act only with the intention of promoting and taking care of our guild. She will be expected to enforce the rules of law, monitor the activity of the guild, hold some semblance of authority, stay away from favoritism and partiality, and seek to expand our circles into larger and more global reaches.
Should Miss Fro at some undetermined time find herself unable to meet the expectations or dedicate herself to the afore said duties, we expect her to step down and appoint another who may perform the duties with greater effectiveness, relinquishing status and rights, for the sake of the guild.
We, as a whole, promise to give unto her the same respect and attentions as any naturally created captain. We will not harass her unduly, nor will we question her position once lawfully appointed. She will not come under unfair scrutiny due to the nature of her appointment. We will encourage the dutiful performance of her tasks and commend her rightfully. We will all promise to take a more active role in guild affairs.
We, as a guild, also authorize one user Marrionetta to step down from her own duties, and we shall do so without complaint. She will be allowed to remain a member, but not a moderator. We realize that while sudden, it is, without doubt, for the greater good.
We appeal now to the more rational among you.
