IF ,and this is only IF, Edward had never lived in Forks and Bella had only gotten to know Jacob...
Do you think that Jacob would have imprinted on bella with no Edward to fall in love with?

I doubt it but in my fanfiction, Bella was going to marry Jacob but she still loved Edward and two years later Jacob imprinted on Bella's daughter. XD major twist! lol

i dont think that Jacob and Bella would have known eachother as well if Edward was never there. she only found Jacob because of the motorcycles, which she wouldnt have needed. she only needed them because of Edward existing.

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo I doubt it but in my fanfiction, Bella was going to marry Jacob but she still loved Edward and two years later Jacob imprinted on Bella's daughter. XD major twist! lol Wow talk about a major twist!!! But I don't think they would end up together and hope they never will. Bella x Edward 4 EVER!!!!

I don't think it would have mattered if Edward was there, Jacob still wouldn't imprint on Bella.

Well..technically they met when she went to that beach party on the reserve, before the motorcycle incident.

Stephanie has allready said he hasn't. he wouldnt have been a jerk the night he came through her window. when they imprint they can't be mean.

black_stars91 Stephanie has allready said he hasn't. he wouldnt have been a jerk the night he came through her window. when they imprint they can't be mean. I was yelling at Bella's...absolute cluelessness in that scene. I mean, come on!! He was this close to yelling at her, " I'm a werewolf!!" What more could he have said to her, besides wearing a sign?!

I agree with what the other people on the form have been saying. If Jacob was truely ment to imprint on Bella it wouldn't matter who was in the way because they would have been made for each other!!

Stephenie Meyer has already said that he hasn't. He would have told Bella everything that first time when they were talking, and wouldn't have been rude. Also, apperantly like on the bottom of page 172 or somthing, Jacob was staring at Bell and he was trying to make himself imprint with her. (:
