soundgarden was pretty good, though i'm not sure they're the best grunge band. i love the album "superunknown" though...

i do really like others, such as Skin Yard, Tad, or Screaming Trees, but i really love Soundgarden
if you havent heard Louder than Love, or Ultramega OK then you havent gotten the full experience in my opinion

I love Soundgarden. I only have the two albums, Superunknown and Badmotorfinger. But grunge-wise, I would agree.
