Due to the fact that some dramas have the same name but in different versions (such as Hana-Kimi who has both a Japanese and a Taiwanese version), I just thought that it would be easier if the writers of the topic include what origin it is from.

[TW] for Taiwanese
[K] for Korean
[C] for Chinese
[V] for Vietnamese
[T] for Thai
