Yep. This all started with a conversation between Kewdle and I...
When did you first learn about sex? What did you think it was when you were little, before you knew the reality of it? Did your parents give you "The Talk" or did you learn it at school or from someone else? Did you ever play house with your friends and pretend to have sex? xd
Really, this makes for hilarious conversation.

Oh Buddha, when did I learn about sex? ... Well, 4th grade they showed us the video's and stuff. My parents never gave me the talk. I'm sure they were happy when they learned my teacher would be doing that.

Special cuddle? xd That's great.
I somehow knew the basics since the very beginning... But for some reason I imagined the boy peed on the girl. sweatdrop

I didn't really know what it was when I was a kid, but I knew it existed. My mom and I never had the talk, and I never cared enough to find out what it was, so it took me awhile to figure out exactly how it worked. xd ;

The mechanics? Ah, probably 9 or 10. But the squicky little details? Online, for sure, between the ages of 12 and 14.

Basics came in fifth grade with the rest of em, I didn't know anything before that. Now that I watch shows i used to watch and realize how much sexual content there was i laugh. I learned most details from the internet though. My parents didn't give me a talk but right now i could probably give them the talk. But i won't because that would be wroooooong.

I suppose I was five or so when mom told me most of it. It came naturally along with the explanation of what condoms were used for.
As for the "play"-part, there was this thing with another girl behind a couch in day care around that time, but I'll not delve into that. =P
More detailed descriptions arrived around seven when I got shunted into kindergarten after school. There were books there which explained the process - I've always been an avid reader. They were.... "richly" illustrated.
Then there was sex ed. in school, starting around third grade, which took another go at the process and also involved the scientifical parts of it. That never really ended, so we had sex ed. in Biology still in seventh grade. In fact, it went on into our equivalent of high school too, when we were talking about cells and DNA.
