oh and also i was reading the bible the other day and i came along ''if you sin with you r right hand chop it off'' i think this was under the adultery commandment aswell. does it mean what i think it means............... sweatdrop

Basic sense: If you're married? It's fine to have female workers around but you can't touch them sexually. Friends are fine....other females that you sleep with and are not your wife? Not fine.
The "Cut off your hand" deal? That was so people could learn to obey God's commands. We just don't do that anymore....mostly.....
That's my veiw point anyways...

I think possess in this sense means that you shouldn't just look at some girl that you think is hot and immediately think in your mind "Holy crap, I'd do her!". That's wanting her sexually, without a solid relationship behind it.
And as for the hand chopping off. Not literal. If there's something in your life that causes you to lust or sin, get rid of it. If you're consumed by internet pornography, get a filter. If you can't look at a Victoria's Secret without lusting, tell your sister to hide it from you or something. It basically means if there's something in your life that's causing you to sin, no matter how close it is to you and how much you think you can't live without it (like...a hand), it's better to get rid of it.
In fact, the last part of the verse (or the verse after, don't remember) is that it's better to be without a hand than to have your whole body cast into hell. So get rid of that sin in your life. Cut it out.

And while im still posting are you allowed to have a girlfriend the guy at my old youth group said it was right but he said it would be easier to date a fellow christian or something like that.
