Here's a few ideas...
Crew's Quaters
Clinic
Cafeteria
Training room
Loby
Thats about it..... lol It might help if you checked out a real sips layout e.g. Aircraft Carriers, Destoryers etc.

I don't know about a training room, but I will add all the others. crew quarters will be added individually by each person.
