both were pretty good the first time I saw them but then when I watched them the second time they stunk...but if I had to choose I would say Alien Resurection was worse

Boring vs. Suck.
Underpowered Preds vs. No eye candy sick story.
Too much story vs. bored plot writer with a biology book.
Tough call.
