Simply put, the “Breaker” technique is a powerful strike to anywhere on the torso of the enemy, but with a sadistic twist. Toki channels chakra through the strike, and it is dispersed on the internal organs of his opponent. Ordinarily, the average opponent can withstand about two of these hits consecutively without passing out, as it never causes internal hemorrhaging until the third or fourth strike.

Character Description: Toki has long, knotted looking hair. He can often be seen with his shoulders drooped low, which makes him look slightly tired. If he's not doing that, then he's sleeping...or sitting on a bench, and making it look like he's sleeping. His natural hair color is crimson red. He wears a brand spanking new Hidden Leaf Jounin Uniform. Due to his defection to the Hidden Leaf being quite recent, he has yet to receive a forehead protector. He believes he hasn't earned the right to wear one yet, so he often takes on even the simplest D-Rank missions for free, as a good deed.
