I don't know how to start this really but..
I've got a monthly time, because of Alesse and it has been more than a year since I started my menstruation cycle, normally it only lasts for roughly three to four days. But for some reason, the cramps I've been getting have been much, much worse. They would normally be a type of sharp pain that would slowly go away, but now it's a bend-over 'oh my god it hurts' pain, as well as it being random times when the cramps make me cringe. I've tried heat, but that didn't work, neither did a hot bath or shower.
I'm guessing that it has to do with genes, because I'm so closely related to my mother (We look alike Oo and get the same type of pains sometimes) that I'm getting he same type of strong pain she gets as well, but that's the only thing I could think of to find out why the cramps hurt so much.
Another thing that seems to be worrying me, is the fact that my clitoris is a lot more sensitive, it hurts to just barely touch it and it feels as though it's being pulled at and burnt. That could be just because I'm on my period, but I know for a fact that it is not from my boyfriend, or myself touching me.
Just a bit curious and worried, but I should be finishing my period soon, probably tomorrow.. and hopefully the cramps will be gone by then. Thank you for any type of help.

Tell an ob-gyn about it if it continues. You can get a check up when your period stops. What feels like pain and burning of your clitoris could potentially be a urinary tract infection.

Well, thank you for the information, I've spoke to my mother and she says that she'll take me to see my doctor sometime soon.
