hay i'm playing vol 3 redemption and i've just beat the hetetro trio and i was wandering when does haseo become the white adept rogue? just don't spoil anything if yo answer.

Just keep playing the game. If you rush, you should get it in about an hour.

have you beaten the game and if you have can you give me a rough estimate of the level i should be before i go into the outer dungeon to find aina?

I have completly beat everything in the game (except bikmen, but he doesn't count). Anywho, I was about 116 in the dungeon and around 123 when I fought Ovan.

yeah

Noble drops are very handy if you are skill trigger-happy lol

I was 128 when I fought Ovan (the PC battle before the avatar one was very easy). Since I was a higher level than I really needed to be, the avatar battle wasn't much of a problem either. Since this really isn't spoiling much of anything, you get the Xth form after you beat ovan.
