No they aren't the worst flash cartoons but they must be the lamest by far. They're a bunch of cartoons at lawforkids.org designed to educate young'uns about Arizona state law regarding such things as underage drinking, shop lifting, and so on. The thing is these are so unbelievably lame they're just the sort of thing that makes kids lose all faith in the adults trying to teach them and probably makes kids WANT to do the stuff they aren't supposed to (yay for reverse psychology!).
But the most important thing is these are so dumb they're funny.
