Interesting take. It looks a lot like a cross between WoD (where my SRPG has taken the basic stuff), the old d6 system and BESM/Tri-Stat dX, with some D&D elements like AC thrown in.

I can't exactly say from where the system was made, all I know is how the system works and how easy it is to run. It's perfect for beginning gamers. That's why I like running it.

I kinda got confused by the combat. So to see if you hit you roll all the dice and add them up, and if it's higher or more you do?
A cool thing would be to roll the dice for both sides and the highest wins. I always believed melee combat should be a contested roll which still allows double hits, so probably simultaneous attack and defense rolls for both parties.

Well that's the neat thing about this system. You can do that. It would be up to the gm to decide how that combat system would work. The one I posted was my last version of running the game. It was easier to have an actual ac because time was a factor. But the first version of the game actually used the contested rolls and it works just fine.

Make double contested rolls (Attack vs Defense for both combatants) and I think it's a great simple game. Similar to the SRPG except that it's totally numeric instead of counting successes.
