Well, pretty much what the topic says. Does anyone of you practice an actual martial art or is it all RP and anime and movie-inspired?

Well, it's very vague really. There's no info on the dice or what are these points or whatever. It's like "I have this cool idea but here it is and umm I don't know how to do it" and it's just based off most RPGs. Not just dead, but rotting six feet underground.
Edit: I do indeed practice martial arts, though with some, I'm rusty because I gave them up long ago. Tae Kwan Doe, Judo, Hapkido, Jiu Jitsu, and capoeira. I'm not elaborating which I quit a long time ago, which I'm self training in, and which I'm actually in.
