This is for people who believe there is no god, god is dead(like neizche), or something similar, this is the place for you.
There is to be no posting that god is alive, that athiests are stupid, or that sort of thing here. If you would like to do that, please to to another topic under religion, or make you're own.(this is not on official rule, but should be considered as one.
BORING STUFF:
I do not believe that god is dead, that god isn't real, or such. This was just a free topic, to get more people to talk on religeon, and not just the other one. Please dont gaia mail me that I should not be posting things like this, because I will never even post in here.

i think that i am an inbetweener. i believe in god but i dont believe in the god that has been portrayed to me, especially the way that christian religion often haphazardly portrays god. sometimes they dumb god down for children with that guy in the sky with a beard and that has raised many generations of people who are religious but have no understanding of god. i think that children are more able to conceive of god because they are closer to god as long as we dont go around making absurd claims and making god sound like an old man which sets people up for non belief in adulthood when they find that there is no old man in the sky. god is so present in our lives that we fail to see it and without proper conditioning many people can go thier whole lives without even trying. that is why i have such a reverence for the Hindu faith and for India there is such a cultural imprint of god knowledge that it is much easier to find god. while in other places the depictions of god get in the way of the knowledge of god.

So you want to talk about religion without any connection with trying to solve that mythical puzzle "does God really exist?"
Or you want to prove that God doesn't exist?
I think religion hasn't got that much with speculations about God's existence. Religion is something we created. I think it might be an expression of someone's love for God, for example. Religion is needed by people. Otherwise they wouldn't create it.

Not being rude but maybe you should check out the correct spelling of the words you use: neizche is spelled nietzsche athiest is spelled atheist

I don't believe in any god, but I don't believe believing is bad.
We as humans will not accept that there is a question we can't answer.
So we answer this one with that god made us for a purpose, because truly, there isn't once.

So we answer this one with that god made us for a purpose, because truly, there isn't once. an open perspective, but do you see that you also are using an easy answer to explain away a difficult open-ended inquisition. yes, no. easy answers and if one of those is your opinion then it would seem that you are done thinking about it. perhaps by examining the concept of god you are inviting a higher presense to explain itself, but by explaining for yourself, through your own thoughts and opinions you are closing the case and no new evidence will be found. what do you think about that? good day
