maybe a prayer group or a bible group ?? you just have to find a really devoted group of christians that would do bible studies with you. its surely better than not going to worship with fellow christians and i found there is a feeling of powerfulness from such when a big group of christians worship GOD. i could just feel it and its a great feeling.
Good suggestion.
I didn't have a church when I was a student in Raleigh, NC. Instead I was part of the Baptist Student Union and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Both groups had weekly worship services on campus.
IVCF also hosted smallgroup Bible studies throughout the week. My dorm didn't have one but it was a short walk to the one that did. That smallgroup helped me more than anything else. We would study and discuss scripture, sing songs, do missions together, and just hang out.
You can always get together with your Christian friends and start a smallgroup of your own. InterVarsity Press has several good books on starting and leading smallgroups. They're not very expensive and you can find them in most church libraries and even some public libraries.
