World: This world is build up on two Rival Islands, The two Islands are both about the same size as Africa, they are connected by Bridges, but the waters between them are heavily guarded, the right island is called "Spirit" this is where humans live and good willed spirits (and to some extend Youkai's) of the ancient are, they are also the ones who guard the water between the islands, because the left island is named "Despair" it is a island full of evil hearted monsters and men, criminals and murders, the place is often refered to as "Hell on earth" larger organizations on the "Despair" island often plot to invade the "Spirit" island as its rich on treasures, resources and good souls to consume (for any soul consuming spirits), but everything is not all black and white, some individuals may be different from the rest on their island, of course some criminals walk in "Spirit" like any other place, and some good hearted people are trapped on "Despair", and being a Youkai does not mean you must be evil or have evil intends, it is just a common sight.
The Buildings and people on "Spirit" are much like of the old Japanese people, while the buildings and people on "Despair" is different everywhere, most towns are in ruins of plunder and chaos.
Races are Humans, Youkais of different kinds (that include Hengeyokais/shape shifters), spirit folk, Elementals, Halflings and crossbreeds.
Weapons are of any fantasy sort, no guns available, but there are advance crossbows such as Hand crossbows, Repeating crossbows and stake crossbows (no Van Helsing styled ones).
Even though all normal crossing between the islands are heavily guarded, there are secret tunnels that lead under the water to the other side using special tunnels, they where build before the islands where divided and can be very unstable, but in return its very few that know about them.
The Plot: Centuries before the dividing of islands happen, a Artifact of the gods called "The Staff of light" was placed in its pedestal at a holy temple, it protected the world from evil gods to interfere with the world, but a greedy thief slaughtered every priest at the temple and guard in order to get the valuable item, but as soon as he touched it, the staff broke into 3 parts and scattered over the islands, not long after a evil god known as "Akuma" invaded the world with a demon army, the god "Palor" responded to the attack and lead a force of divine spirits against it, at the end of the battle the gods used their powers to strike at each others army, this resulted in a giant rift which broke the once whole island into two parts. ever since that day when "Despair" was created it had been infested with demonic creatures and evil hearted men.
Now at this present time a threat has started to shake fear in the lands, a prophet has appeared from nowhere, starting to speak warnings of "Akuma" Returning, with no god standing by the side of goodness, what fate will there be of this world?

Bio: Shoko was raised and born among bandits on "Despair" they survived by killing and taking others food, he went off on his own after he was 16 and has since then lived on his own, he tries to show kindness to others.
Special: He owns a special map, but he can't read the language on it.
