 So i was in Towns. And i was just walking around catching bugs/getting gold/etc. Then i move to a new square and my avi puts up the "O.O" emote all by itself. Odd... So i move around a bit more, and a Brown Giftbox comes flying at me! Never in my Gaian life have i gotten a giftbox from Towns. o.o So i figured it was good luck, opened it, and got a Trap Jaw. biggrin Pretty sweet, considering i've been wanting one of those.
Anyway, you guys ever gotten a giftbox from Towns? Did you know if was even possible? [I n00b. I not know.] Ever get anything good from one of those things?

I've only gotten like 2 giftboxes ever in my year on Gaia. No, I've never heard of that.

The first day I joined Gaia was exciting.
I got a Pink Giftbox!
Guess what it had in it?
...
A Nitemare Headband!!
But a few months later, some loser thought I hacked it from him.
He got hacked a week after we met.
And he had a Nitemare Headband.
So he assumed it was me and reported me.
So I got banned.

Never heard of giftboxes whilst in Towns. Thats pretty durn neato.
I got my nm bustier from a giftbox...way back when there was only one colored box..and trunks didnt give you house junk (because it was before houses). And I gave my cross collar to a friend and she gave me my nm collar.
Do pink links even still exist?
I feel old and out of touch.

Yeah, it's possible to get them in towns... I've read about it in a thread.
Uhhhmmm, I have always sold my giftboxes. I'm too chicken to take the risk! xp I've gotten a pink GB, sold it for 44K
And I think that I sold my blue one for 23K ish.
But the next pink that I get, I am SO gunna open it.
