I'm the worst at taking care of my instrument, all because I can't put it away. At band camp, I didn't put it away, and my friend stepped on it in the night and broke it. Then my klutzy friend was fooling around and sat on my bran new flute. Finally, I learned to take care of my flute, and someone stole it. How could this ge any worse?!?! Also, my only piccollo, my pride and joy, wet with it. It is lost. I'm hating myself for losing them again.... emo

Yuck that definitely sucks! I guess you're going to have to save up for a new one now :{ It's going to be hard getting used to a different model of your instrument. I remember (I play clarinet) when I accidentally dropped my case on the ground and BOOM there goes about 80 dollars worth of reeds!! I had to stock up again. Ugh I was spending the whole night trying to break into them, I think my tongue almost got a sliver sad .

man that sucks!!! i remember one time, i was at a rehearsal, and when everyone got up, the director told us to place our instruments under our chairs (i play the sax, this was my alto) and when i walked back in, i accidently stepped on my mouthpeice and destroyed my reed!!! the one day i didn't bring a spare!!! and then at another rehearsal, they told us to set our instruments under our chairs again (this time i had my bari) and wheni walked back, i tripped over it!!! at least it didn't get ruined sweatdrop like my other one
