I tried to keep with your original idea- whatever perspective/foreshortening/angles that you has already placed- and did a clean red-line (as in there were a lot of messy little ones that made it impossible to see the picture >_>; ). Basically, her entire right side had been cut out. I understand it's supposed to be because of her position, but her right width didn't match the rest of her body. If you want to make her a little lankier, trim a bit off her waist from the back or her abs will look emaciated, and the arm that goes behind her head should also be trimmed from the outer edge to match her waist if you do decide to skinnify her. I hope I helped ( I haven't slept in the last 24 hours, so forgive my mistakes pls)!
Anyway, it's a cute picture, although the pose is a bit awkward on the back of one's head. I picture her having red hair!
