is anybody else kinda weirded out that the monthly collectable has a form of an upside down pentagram?

Weirded out? Not really. It makes sense in the context of their vampire hunter item; the pentagram here isn't designed in a Neopagan context, but in a pop-culture occult context. I'd be happier if it were an upright one... heh.

I will also point out that in some Traditions the inverted pentagram is used to represent someone who has recevied their Second Degree initiation. So not all Wiccan view the upside down version as anything unwanted.

TN_Lark I will also point out that in some Traditions the inverted pentagram is used to represent someone who has recevied their Second Degree initiation. So not all Wiccan view the upside down version as anything unwanted. i didn't know that...hmmm... i'll have to look into this seeing as how i'm not a master on all forms of wicca! LOL... still sounds like an interesting topic!

The upside down pentagram also represents someone who values the material more then the spiritual. Where the 5 points of the star point, it puts the spirit on bottom and the elements Earth and Fire on top, indicating passion and wealth.
but as a pop reference it's pretty good mrgreen

Isn't the upside pentagram the symbol of Satanism? That's kinda what I thought when I first saw that item.
