Partial mane getting in the way. More weight to carry around. Needing the company of females. Hormones truely sucked and at times it was a blessing. To imagine the sort of females he has or will meet is what drove him. His paws carried him all around the savanna, trying ever so to get closer to Pride Rock and still make it back to the den before he is noticed missing. He wanted to see Safuma again. He wanted to see his home again. The scent of his father. The scent of his Mother. The place he was born. He was still in the Pride Lands, no mistaking that, but he was a little further from Pride Rock than he would have liked to be. But it cannot be helped, things happen and things must keep going. So far he remembered the faces of quite a few beautiful girls now that he thought about it much more; Safuma, his first female friend, most trusted too. Sen, that obnoxious dreamer, but still had her charm. Tiz, still a cub, but she was adorable never the less. And Hidaya, a unique cheeton and a singer with no comparison. He could only chuckle as he thought about them. Perhaps this is the thrill that his Uncle got living this sort of life, that womanizer. But one must admit that he was a very handsome male.
Zeki was not too far away from that goal himself; golden pelt as clean as the crystal waters of a mountain spring. His crimson eyes that burned with passion and soulful faith. His body built for hunting and running among other things; strong legs, strong back, a good head upon his shoulders. His chest was often times out, his body held up right and his head held high. His smile always plastered with the same charming and the hint of flirtation. He was only and adol but the time he spent with his Uncle Ez seemed to erase much of his previous times spent with the three others. He still had his manners but it was no longer the give and recieve, he treated females with the utmost respect and males were treated the same as they treated him. He was not afraid to break a code or two. He swore from time to time when in the presence of a male, but never would he dare to a female unless he felt passionate about it. Though his flirts may not be as obvious as his Uncles, his politeness and manners seem to mask it to make them seem more subtle. However, he still dropped a few obvious ones.
He was only half way between the den of Ezeoha and the den of the Royal Family, Pride Rock. His paws stopped, his smile still on, and his heart raced from the morning run. The sun had barely came up as the starts still twinkled in the sky. This was his time, one that became habitual to his father's morning runs. He would run as far as he wanted and make it back before the sun ever reached the sky, falling asleep with mighty snores to signal his exhaustion and the relief sleep brought. He stopped, admiring the land that he was brought up in, the Pride Lands were ever so peaceful that no one could disrupt it. The pride was big in number and that enough should be intimidating. The Pride Landers were no mere pansies when it came to defend their territory but they were humble and welcoming all the same. Over there at the large rock formation that could have came about of an earthquake or two, rested the young female he had knew and cared for as a friend and playmate. He wanted to talk to her again, he had not seen her since he had left and without telling her! What a shame that was. He would have to apologize, but another time it seems for his heart could not take him much further than he was. Reluctantly, he slowly walked back, mostly to take everything in around him. It was morning, all was quiet but the chirps of crickets and birds. This place seemed so much better when it was quiet and not full of screams of terror of the hunts.

Nix'Annada yawned as she settled herself, almost making a nest for herself in the green grasses of the pridelands. She was within the borders, she knew it rather well from her placement in comparison of pride rock. She smiled, and wrapped her wings around herself almost in a protective manner, her eyes half open gazing up a the sky.
So quiet here, so nice and calm.
Her blue hues scanned around herself, it was early, others hadn't seemed to have woken up from their pleasant slumber within the borders, cubs haven't taunted their parents into waking up and bringing them out to play. Cubs, the thought was wonderful, to see them grow, to watch them become adults, though mortals were strange, eventually, sometimes, adults would outlive their own children.
To see your own child die would be so painful.
Nix would never want to witness such a thing.
She sighed contently by how she was, nestled safe in her own sort of bubble, it was nice, quiet, serene.
Being here was so lovely.

Ezekiel felt his fur sort of fluff a little. He paused in his walk, looking around at the trees and grasses. There was no wind or breeze, how strange that was. Brushing it off as a case of the occasional shivers, he straighted his fur and moved on. Appearance was everything now, cleaning his fur when it was dirty, straightened it when fluffed. The only time he ignored it when there was something more important such as nourishment or even much more importantly, in the presence of a female.
Another few steps and his right side fluffed again, even a little. He stopped, looked around, and yet again saw no signs of a breeze or wind. Was there a God of the Wind or something to that affect to do such a thing? He knew of a few Gods himself, Desert, Lost, and Tornadoes. Lost could not do this. Desert was too far away. Tornadoes' power were too strong to do such a trivial task as fluffing him. Though it annoyed him as to what was doing it, he simply fixed it and pressed on. Ezeoha was probably still asleep, his beauty rest was something important, something Zeki did not care for. More awake time, more time to meet other girls and get an upper hand on that Uncle of his. Though, he dare not trespass on the females he had flirted with.
It was the third time that it pissed him off that whatever was fluffing him was to his right. Instead of fixing it, he veered off his path and headed toward the right when his mane started to fluff, the fur on his chest fluffed. What was this? His right side was hating fluff that the fur on his front was now? This was becoming ridiculous! Whatever the cause of all this, it was gonna be kicked real hard.
Reaching the venith of the hill, he spotted a strange presence in the distance. Something of feathers cloaked a body in the distance. At first he thought of a rotting kill being feasted upon by vultures, but they did not move. Looking down at his golden paw, the fur stood and most of it pointed toward the feathered mass. It was the cause of all this. It was what was playing with him! He was not ready to be played a fool by some trickster of a God. With a scoff, he headed down with mighty steps.
"God, is this fluffing your doing?"

Nix'Annada heard a voice and for a moment thought it was just her mind playing tricks on her, a dream coming into her reality echoing in her ears. thought the ground seemed to rumble a bit as if someone was coming her way. Stretching Nix rolled over onto her stomach, let her wings spread out beside her, fluffing? What fluffing?
She tilted her head in question at the approaching figure, small sparks flying off of her wings, coming from her paws and seemingly dancing around her horns. Oh no, it seemed like some of the static was able to escape from her body, though she was tired, she couldn't control everything when she was this exhausted from traveling.
She giggled as the other approached, awaiting what fluffy form might present itself to her.
She wondered how many she might have affected.

Well, he was played for a fool sooner than he thought for this God was no God but a Goddess. He quickly collected his rage, calmed down some and tried his best to smile. With a soft chuckle, that was easy to accomplish. His red eyes glanced over her form, one that seemed so much different than Lost, Desert, and Tornado. She had hair similar to Elly but with horns. Her wings were vibrant in the ways of lightning that came about at times during the flood seasons. But what stood most were her eyes. They were so much like his fathers, but darker as if a storm cloud rolling inside of them. The sparks that she gave off just made him even fluffier, but he could careless right now. Her dark fur clashed with the white where bright blue streaks crossed her back. She was a Goddess... one that could maniulate such a thing as those flashes of light in the sky.
"Oh! I did not think you were a Goddess, Miss. Forgive me for my intrusion and rude behavior. If I knew you were such a," pause to look her over to comfirm, which did. "... a beautiful Goddess. I would have never spoke so rudely."
Zeki dipped his head in respect, more so that she was a Goddess and a Female. Being the way he was, in presence of such, he would not move until she would allow. In his mind, a Goddess stood above all female. He could not help but have his eyes wander from nose to tail tip and everywhere in between. Mostly around her face and wings.
"My name is Ezekiel, Zeki if it pleases you. Could I ask you of your name?"

Nix'Annada sat up, back straight and head tilted slightly to the side while she curled her wings upon her back, watching him fully now. He was the little charmer now wasn't he? "Well aren't you the little gentleman now? No need to act so solemn now, I'm just as normal as anyone else its alright," she said with a giggle. Why mortals tried to impress the gods so much were beyond her sometimes, it just didn't make sense.
She peered at him, giggling pointing to his fur, static had a funny way of fluffing things up now didn't it? "You look so soft Zeki, my apologies for it. I'm NIx'Annada, Nix is just fine."
His eyes were enticing, such a little lion wasn't he?

Zeki smirked, throwing his head back a little. Well, it seemed like she wanted to be "treated" normally. Little did she know that she got the treatment because she was a female, not entirely because she was a Goddess. The only treatment they got were a barrage of questions and the occasional "M'lady"s. But he had her name now, Nix. Zeki took a few steps closer, his fur soft of pulling toward her. Well, this was interesting... it was as if she was pulling him closer. It recieved a chuckle and that charmly seductive smirk.
"Nix'annada... Nix... short and cute, but sort of tom-boyish. No offense to you, but it makes you sound rather tough. So I will assume you're not like the usually girly girls who care about their appearance and how they are treated," not that he would not have treated them any different. They got their compliments and then some.
He looked at those shocking blue eyes.
"What is a Goddess like you doing out here so early in the morning? Do you not have your duties like the rest of the Goddesses and Gods?" He did not know what domain this one carried, maybe he did but not exactly what. She seemed to control the flashes of light that happened during the storms of the flooding seasons. But what business did she have here that she would be up so early and laying around?

Nix giggled and wrapped her wings around her back somewhat, flicking her tail, "Well now, tough am I? I would say so, my sister taught me how to fight now and again, though I do take pride in myself, how I appear to others, and to myself," she said with a nod, watching him, curious.
Had he met other immortals before now?
"Not today no, no rain has come this way thus no reason for any of my lightning to spark up the air, however I am sorry that some of my static escaped me and made you so...fluffy," she said with a smirk.

"Well, a good tough," he purred. "So you know how to fight, do you? Well, that is something good to know when you have to defend yourself and escape. I bet you use it quite often with the males that come for you," Zeki smiled at her charmingly. "I too take great pride in how I look, sort of why I came to find you actually."
He straightened his fur a little before it fluffed again. It was not gonna work now that he was so close to the source of the fluffing. He'll ignore it for now... afterall, there are better things to focus on. Like her.
"So... then today, you are free?" he questioned, looking at her. She was a beautiful female! He wanted to befriend her, to play with her, to keep her company. Thoughts ran through his head about this Goddess, something about her was just so alluring... it was hard to describe, it was as if she attracted him like a vulture to a kill.
"Mind if I get a little closer?"

"Today I am free," she said with a giggle, watching him intently. He seemed like such a charmer, though she knew how to handle the, and knew when too much was too much, she would never put herself in situations where things could take a turn in a direction she did not prefer. Flicking her tail and keeping her sparks under control, she watched him, several small sparks shimmering off of her black horns.
"A little closer? Of course Zeki, though be careful, don't need any sparks to fly and possibly harm you, I wouldn't want that happening," she said with a smirk, blue hues focused on him.
She wondered what he looked like though, if all of his fur fluffed out.

Zeki could careless what happened, he just wanted to get close. Boldly, he got up and moved directly beside her, laying himself there. She was a lot bigger than he had originally thought, but he was still young and he was growing still. Crimson eyes seemed to glow as they looked over her dazzling form, her eyes catching his attention most. Those gorgeous eyes... He wondered if she too had a Mortal family like that of the Goddess of Souls. He had thought about the possibilities but who would want him when there were Gods who were better?
Zeki purred.
"Don't mind if anything flies at me, Nix, as long as they are from you," he smirked. "So, tell me a little about yourself, I mean, I have met little few Gods and they always seem to have a wonderous story to tell." His paw inched a little closer to hers.

Nix let her paw stay where it was, eyes traveling to watch his paw move slowly, so slowly as she broke it up almost appearing in freezes of time in her eyes. Sparks flew off of her horns and she jerked her head away, closed her eyes and smiled, "I don't think your pursuit would end well today, besides," she let her eyes travel back to his, flicking her tail idlly.
"I hardly know you," she said with a smirk.
The four words that most 'charming' males hated to hear.
Nix stood, stretched her forearms and took a couple steps away, sparks were flying, it was obvious, these type of situations had that affect sometimes.
"I should go," she said softly, watching him.
Watching him.

He flinched a little at the sudden action of as pulled herself from him, saying words he found rather... interesting. He never really thought about it, like trying to become close to a female was second nature to him, to touch her, to talk to her, it was all to establish a connection. He could only smile as if none of her actions were negative toward him but more of an act of hard to get.
"That is why I would like to get to know you a little more, Nix," he replied, standing himself up as the fur of his chest pointed toward her again. "Come on, am I that bad of a company? I mean, out of all the Goddesses I have met, you are the most beautiful and attracting. Not to mention those sparks are sort of dazzling."
He took a step toward her.
"If you do leave, could I ask of something from you?"

"Such charming words from you, and being a Goddess I have experience my dear Zeki, and if we wish to get to know each other, it should not be in one mere sitting yes? Spread out rather," she said with a smirk, swaying her tail once behind her as is a soft thrash. Letting her wings fall freely, so that they wouldn't be so tense as she would take off, she tilted her head at his words, giggling softly as his fur stood on end once again.
"Though I love the dazzling comments, what sort of thing do you ask for?"
She was curious, to say the least.

"Allow me to have a feather, my dazzling beauty, allow me to have a memoir of our meeting and a 'spark' of our... "relationship"," he inquired as he took a few steps forward. He had wanted her to choose the feather herself that way, it would be a little more special to him. He knew she had plenty, some to give away if she needed too because it seemed like she did not need absolutely each and every one. As he walked closer to her.
"I thank you greatly for the compliment, Nix, and I do not doubt your life long wisdom," he counter-complimented. "I do wish we encounter one another more often for I find myself grown quite attracted to you." he paused, looking down at his fluffing fur. "In more ways than one, I am sure."
