In one of the episodes there is a play during a Festival Inuyasha and Kagome go to. There are small veggie and fish demons running amok but Kagome is stuck singing and acting in a play.
Anywho, Inuyasha interrupts the play and Hojo challenges him with a sword battle for Kagome. When Inuyasha takes out his sword it transforms.
Here's the mystery: I thought the sword doesn't transform when faced against a human. Why does it transform against Hojo? In response to the demon that pops up soon after? Hojo can't have demon blood...
