Pokemon: The Three Relics
A Literate Roleplay
A ledgend told by all in Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn. The ledgend of the three Relics. These ancient relics to have the ability to give power to both people and Pokemon. All three relics represents the region it's from thus being unable to go into a different region. Rumored to grant one wish to whom may make the relics touch. One in each region and a different reason for everyone who seeks its mystic power. Some seek power, some seeks fame, some seek fortune, while others seek peace. What are you seeking?

Updates
[6/4/06] -- CFB starts on June 16 and will lasts till whenever. xD
Expect new NPCs and shiny Pokemon. :3
[5/20/06] -- Uh, Jhoto's staying by popular demand by the poll. xD
Oh and I'm planning an event for the RP soon as my 4 day weekend comes up. xD It'll last for quite a while. :3 Cherryblossom festival sound nice?

How you earn moeny is changed and tainer battles are changed a bit too. Please read. :3

Explanations
Battling
[x] Make sure to be reasonable.
-- "Snorlax did a back filp and dodged the ice beam." None of that please.
[x] Make sure your opponent get a turn to battle.
-- Golbat used supersonic and then wing attack and then bite knocking out his opponent Skitty. If you didn't use supersonic and wing attack and bite as a combo then leave it at supersonic and let your opponent get a chance to react to that.
[x] More to come.
Trainer Battles
[x] Yes, you can battle with other guild member. Just make sure you have their permission first before you challenge them.
[x] I may post random Trainer Battles and who ever quotes it first gets to battle them.
[x] While battling posted Trainers you will have to control each side. Once again be reasonable with the battle.
[x] You can run into trainers yourself too. :3
Gym Battles
[x] Like a trainer battle you control both sides. Be reasonable since gym leaders are fairly stronger than normal trainers.
[x] Do not go by the levels in the game/guide book. It will make the battle unrealistic and you'll appear to be godmodding.
[x] Most gyms have puzzels. If you don't want to do it then it's fine with me.
[x] Once you defeat a gym battle I will add a badge to your profile and you will recieve $4000 from the leader, the TM you recieve in the game, and an automatic level for all Pokemon who took place in the battle.
-- It's suggested not to send out all you Pokemon just to get a level.

Explanations
Wild Pokemon
[x] You yourself may encounter wild Pokemon. You, however, may not catch it, but you can battle it.
[x] On occasions I will post a wild Pokemon and whoever quotes it first will get to battle/catch the Pokemon. Just make your post reasonable.
[x] While in a battle with a wild Pokemon you must play both sides. You and the wild Pokemon.
[x] You may catch wild Pokemon. But please be reasonable with the ball your using and how many use use.
-- "Pokemon Trainer Ash threw a Pokeball at the wild Dragonair instantly catching it!" None of that junk either.
[x] If you are in the region that the Pokemon may be caught, you can request the Pokemon in an OOC (Out of Character) post. Your first request will be fulfilled while later requests will be taken into consideration. If you've been active and follow the rules your other requests most likely will be fulfilled.
[x] "Rare" Pokemon such as Feebas or Eevee will not be caught unless you have been participating a lot. I will decide.
[x] You can have any Pokemon you want though if you give me 2x Angeic Scarf & D-Tail. ROFL. No seriously. -ninja-
Evolutions and Experience
[x] Every Pokemon needs 7 IC (in character) posts to grow a level.
-- Be descriptive! Nothing like. "May walked along in the forest." I will keep track of levels and such.
[x] Once you have four(4) Pokemon in your party you will only need 5 IC posts to boost up a level.
[x] Stone evolutions must be evolved with a stone. Stones can be bought at stores or found if I post them. They can also be one of your three items. (See posts below.)
[x] Tameness evlovtion will take a bit longer to evolve. You must use it in battle often, take good care of it, and make sure it's happy. I'll determine when it evolves. If you think it should have evolve and I didn't say so yet. PM me so we can work something out. Same deal with Eggs.
[x] Pokemon that evolve from trades will still have to be traded. Simply ask another guild member to trade with you and then trade back. I couldn't come up with anything better. xP
Attacks
[x] A Pokemon can have all of their attacks.
[x] They can only learn a new attack when it reaches a certain level or taught using a TM or HM.
-- Attacks will go by the FR/LG game, and R/S/E game.
[x] If you want egg moves then you will have to breed you Pokemon with another Pokemon at one of the daycares. Unless you recieved an egg from someone else or it was a beginning Pokemon.
-- If it was a beginning Pokemon you must state that the egg was given to you in the 'History' section of the application form.

Explanations
Regions
[x] Wherever you begin your journey determines what region you are in. (Duh. xP)
-- If you chose to begin in Kanto you may only catch the Pokemon in that region.
--Say I posted a Spinda. That Pokemon is only found in Hoenn and you are in Kanto. You may not catch it.
[x] Traveling from region to region and don't have a flying Pokemon? Well you can use the train. You can access the train only if you are in a town or city.
-- Use as many or as little posts as you like for the train ride itself.
Items and Money
[x] Items will be sold at stores you see in towns and cities. A list of common items has been posted. If what your looking for isn't on the list then PM and we can work out a price.
-- Don't expect Masterballs to be sold in stores. Or anything like that. xP
[x] If you bought something make sure to post it in a OCC post, so I can correctly reduce the amount of money and add new items.
[x] If you lose a trainer battle with another guild member then they get half of your money. Of course this isn't required. xD
[x] Some times I will post a random item and whoever quotes it first gets it. Doesn't matter what region your in. You don't need to RP getting the item either, but it would be nice.
[x] Everytime one of you Pokemon levels up you recieve $100. I will also give you money if you battle trainers. I will give you the amount I see fit.

Getting Starting
Everyone starts off with $500, 5 Pokeballs, three items of your choice, Train Ticket, and a starter Pokemon. Everyoen also gets a Pokenav. :3
Starter Pokemon can be any Pokemon you want as long as it can be found in the region you start in and isn't a legendary or extremely rare Pokemon.
Try to start off in the same region as another player so we can have some roleplay interaction between member. whee
Second Charaters
[x] Once you've been moved to the active list and have been in the roleplay for at least one week you may start a second character.
[x] Your second charcter depend on your first.
-- If your first character has 3 - 4 or more Pokemon so can your second.
-- If it has 1- 2 Pokemon your second charcter can only have one.
[x] Second charcter Pokemon levels should be equal or less than your first charcter's.
[x] The post that you make for your main charcter also apply to your second charcter.

History: Born on the island of Mossdeep Mitsu lived an average life. She never had any friends on the lonely island and was usually teased by the other children for not having a Pokemon. As a little girl she was given an egg from her the twin gym leader as a small gift for helping out around the gym. Cleaning her and there and whatever else a girl of that small age could accomplish. History: Born in the remote Pallet Town, Ryka has always had an adventurous spirit. She has wanted to train her own Pokemon, although she never liked the concept of battling them. She has been in love with Pokemon ever since helping nurse an injured Pidgey back to health when she was young. After hearing of Ash and his adventures, she too wanted to travel around the world. His first pokemon was given to him by his grandparents and they became fast friends. It was a silver Eevee with a special move that was soon evolved into a Flareon. His grandparents paid for his one way ticket on the SeaGallop HS7 and he began his pokemon adventure.

Personality: Nina has been described as being cold by some and cruel by others. Her heart seems to be closed off to others, but that is simply because she is afraid of being emotionally hurt. Also, she has a horrible temper-- it is wise to not make her angry.
History: Nina is the long-lost sister of Kanto gym leader Sabrina. Less than three years after Sabrina''s birth, her parents had another child, whom they named Nina; however, at that time they were unable to keep Nina because Sabrina''s psychic powers began to develop, and when she threw a temper, the environment became unsafe. Knowing that Nina would be better off elsewhere and out of harm''s way, her parents gave her to Nina''s aunt and uncle, who live in Blackthorn City in Johto. It was around the same age as Sabrina that Nina''s own psychic powers began to develop-- however, unlike Sabrina who took a preference with Psychic-type Pokemon, Nina found her interest in Ghosts, being able to communicate with them. When it was Nina''s sixteenth birthday, she overheard her aunt and uncle (whom she had known to be her parents) talking about what it was like when Nina had first arrived and what they had gone through. Bursting in on them, Nina demanded answers-- who her parents were, where she was from, and who this "Sabrina" person was.
