I don't know if this guild would need a forum like that. Most people will sell their jacked goods in the Marketplace or the GAIA Exchange so having an exchange forum just for exchanging Halloween items (and maybe other items) looks a bit redundant to me neutral
Its for setting up trades within the guild. if you want to have a special price for guild members. and also for trades to the guild. Pumpkin Born Here is the guild Quartermaster.
