This is the time to get aquainted with others in this guild, more so like an icebreaker. I'll start it off. My character's name is Karu Hitoshi, I am the creator of the guild, and I based this whole guild off of the world in the book I am creating. I'm fairly new to being a guild owner. My real name is Nelson, I am in the military doing tele-communications, my wife has kidney failure, and I was born and raised in San-Croix, the virgin islands. I'm 22 years young, and I love to role-play, its always been my escape from writers block, and although I act like I know quite a bit, I am quite new to this as most of you are.

I don't have a 'main' RPC I use, for I have the terrible tendancy to get bored of my characters; hence having to make new ones to make me interested again . Though I prefer playing males, you may not like it.

Hi everyone. I'm Luceid, a 20-year-old college student. I don't have huge amounts of time to hop into RPing right now, but on I'm hoping that on some long weekend I can get myself started here. I like reading, video games and, surprisingly, school. I'm going to school to become a high school English teacher and a personal trainer.
I'm a literate furry, though I have plenty of non-furre RP characters. I like to play the young, cheerful-but-intelligent character or the sneaky rogue-type. Of course, I can do more than those two, but that's what I generally lean toward.

Well...since I joined all of a few hours ago...this would probably be the logical place to begin posting...
I Am (from the hebrew concept of a constant, trancending time)
a stoic and a thinker. I am a writer, a philosopher, a reader, a kurious-kat, a performer, a quiet-type, a dreamer, a jack-of-numerous-trades (though not arrogant to say all), a master of none...
What I am cannot be quantified by the words and the conotations they carry; it cannot be put into a cliche or steriotype. What I am is me, plain and simple.
I am Austin.
Sure, you could count the years of my existence, being 18, or visit my place of birth (Longbranch, NJ) or current residence (the bitter north of Minnesota); but the solution to the equation you are forming does not equal me. You can add in my love for music (a ecletic taste to be sure) or my soul for literature and language, but even the sweet melodies of Bach or the brilliant lines of Poe fail to paint the whole of my being.
...sorry...poetic vibe...
I am currently a full time student with intent on an English Major, most likely used to be a teacher, and a full time Security Officer (the pay is nice to say the least and the clearance never hurt). So yes, I am pretty busy, but try to find time to RP and relax.
As for RPing, I am a fantasy/adventure/sci-fi kind of person who generally detests most Romance based RPs. My characters have no real common thread besides their male gender and connection to my own personality; though generally they are rather tall and intelligent in a very specific matter. Their Physique also has a tendency to be on an extreme. And yes, I do put a bit of myself into my characters (some more than others).

Hiya! The name's Trivinia (IC and IRL) and I was invited to this guild by Karu. I'm pretty excited, and new to the guild scene myself, having just opened my White Wolf Tavern only a week or so ago. I'm an avid roleplayer with several years of experience under my belt, despite my age of only 17. I'm planning to be an Art major, perhaps directing my career towards education. I enjoy music and writing and detest sports (all but swimming.) I also do archery and fencing, welcoming the many scrapes, bruises and ropeburns that come with them. biggrin

I am Kirby, my real name is Michael but people call me Kirby due to it's less popularity and due to my liking of Kirby . Thanks to Trivina i have brought my OK RPing from the messengers and jigsaws to the forums and this guild. I am 13 but i do not act it, although i still know how to be a kid. I enjoy music, electronics, Gaia, Trombone and science. I just want to say hi to everyone and to state the fact that i am very exited and honored to be in this guild. look forward to talking and RPing with you guys.

Yo! I'm Marie and I'm from California (woot, woot...). I just turned 17 and I STILL don't have my driver's license sweatdrop but it's all good. I use my scooter.
Until about two years ago all I read was fantasy/sci-fi, but after reading all the non-shitty (not all of them were GOOD, but they weren't terrible) books in that particular section of the library, I turned to mystery, then, finally, to literature. I'm currently plodding my way through Tom Jones.
Other than reading, I've been doing piano for ten years, on and off, and I crochet. 3nodding I was never much of an athlete; I wanted to do soccer when I was little but my mom dissuaded me.
Currently, I'm applying for college, so if anybody has any tips for me I'd REALLY appreciate it. sweatdrop I want to major in genetics... I think. I've changed my mind multiple times over the past few months. I'm really good at math and biological science. I'm in a quandary because I don't know if I want to do the community college thing first or go straight to a university. I have the grades to go to a university, but not the financial wherewithall.
What's next... Oh, yeah! I haven't said anything about my RPing experience, have I? Well, my RP tastes are pretty much like my reading tastes: I prefer fantasy and sci-fi overall, but I've branched out into a couple of mystery RPs and (very briefly) a WWII RP (I don't really like historical RPs because I hate feeling like I'm being anachronistic). I started RPing four years ago, and have vastly improved since my *txt tlk* days. Now I average about two paragraphs (four sentences each) on a bad day.

I'm an artist, a writer, a thinker, a daydreamer, and a gamer. Truthfully, I don't know if I was invited to the guild randomly or specifically scouted out. Hiyas everyone! My Rp name is Azmaria Nikey Silverstream, but my real name is Kayla though I prefer to be called Azi. I'm here courtesty of my big sister-friend Triv, and my other big sister Lena. I just recently got pulled into the rp guild shere but I have at least have a years experience. I too am also writeing a book though I keep running into blocks are rp trying to get rid of them, or maybbe get a few ideas to help it get further along for senarios and scenes and stuff like but though similar they're totally original via me. I love drawing and singing, and reading and swimming and rping and writeing, and haveing random fun with my friends and just talking. Hate being left alone. Can't stand it anymore unless I actually want to be alone and that don't last too long either. Sorry I'm talking like that counrty hick I am now. You'd never guess I used to speak all prime and proper but now . . .it seems to have faded away. Like Triv I'm not too partial to sports and I plan to become an Art Major myself when i go too college, first I'ma go to a in state college then transfer to an art school in Tokyo with Skye-chan, my little sister-friend by only a few days but younger none the less. I'm pretty good at drawing as it is but want to get so much better, my goal is to get beyond better than my bf Chris.^^ Plus I may be 15 but sometimes i will act like I'm a little kid and then others I sound like somwebodies mother. Like Lena. ^^ ~ish teasing onee-chan~ But despite my sensitively mousey nature I want to leanr how to fight, but I have no way to learn unless Lena or Triv wants to teach me.

Ay!
I’ve just recently joined the guild, thanks to Karu and his lovely invite. I’m extremely flattered, and can’t believe that I was asked to come to such a great guild. Normally I’d have to beg my way in here! Hehe, a joke. But I am still very surprised.
I don’t have much sense in decorating my fonts and the link, so this will be about as creative as I can get. I love graphic design, and get insanely jealous of anyone who can make there’s posts look GORGEOUS–which tends to be everyone but me!
My real name is extremely hard to pronounce when all you see it the letters, and is very rare in the place I live. I believe its from another country altogether, but I adore the name anyway. To keep things simple and not hard to grasp, you may call me either Lex, or Kitty. I go by either, and can very well go by any other nickname you chose for me. I don’t tend to hold my stock in the names I go by. My personality tends to speak much, much louder than my name.
I swear I have multiple personalities, which you may very well grasp through my OoC’s the more we get to know each other. I was once in a phase where I called my evil self Kit. At that time I nearly always went by Kitty, in person and on the computer as well. Though not that phase has passed, I still tend to have multiple personalities. They’re my friends *nod nod*
I tend to be more formal as I get things set up for roleplays, or when I’m introducing myself. For me roleplays are not just a hobby of mine. It’s very nearly my life, though now that my junior year in highschool as started (since Aug. The 19th) I have a life outside of roleplaying. It’s very new to me, and frightens me. Hehe, not that I was just an empty shell of a person the rest of my sixteen years of life. No, I just never did anything outside of school.
Ay, I am 16, and will turn 17 come March the 13th. I’ve been roleplay since my 5th grade year. Yes, I did start out on Neopets, though at that time Neopets was far better than it is now. They’ve changed it far too much, and it is no more to my liking. I started off roleplaying wolves, and then Elemental People, or people who can manipulate fire, earth, wind, and water. I tend to stick with the four. To my thinking all others revolve around this, and can be blended into one or another. I ventured into the same sex (romance wise) roleplays, but I didn’t care for them. I don’t care if you do, that’s fine. You may do as you please, but I will be joining a roleplay that is strictly female x female or male x male.
I’m more trained in roleplaying a female, though I have done many males in the past. I tend to make up a new character for each roleplay that I am in, though all of my females hold characteristics that are the same. I’ll go for a period of time when they all have the same name, and I’ll change the rest of the stats to fit the roleplay that I am in. Though I ten to come across other names that strike my fancy and I change to those. Some of my main ones are Akima, Natasha, Elizabeth, and Nina. Though there are many others.
Okay, well this has gotten WAY too long. But and introduction of myself it is.
P.S.
For a roleplaying post I tend to do a page to two pages in Microsoft Word, no matter what the minimum for the roleplay is. I agree with Quality over Quantity, but I am a major stickler for Quantity.

Wow, how do I top a poem? That's pretty neat.
I'm Jinn, you can call me Jinn. I'm… apparently the oldest one here and I think I'll leave it at that. xd I'll be lurking for a while, getting a feel for things before I put a character up. As far as details, I'm a medical language specialist, which means I type and correct doctors' grammar for a living (so if you have grammar or other writing questions, I'm happy to help). I like to travel and I like to learn new things. I'm married to my best friend and he's a musician, among other things. I'm a dancer and a student of kosho kenpo. I dabble in watercolor. I love to knit. I love music. I have a serious addiction to tea.
I love the challenge of writing/roleplaying a deep character, male, female or otherwise. I find grumpy, sarcastic female fighters easiest to play so I try not to make too many of those. I've been roleplaying for about a year and a half and don't consider myself any sort of expert on the subject. I'm hard to upset, so don't worry about getting your head bit off by this one.
