Well, it never said it in the book, it's just what JK Rowling said in an interview. It'd be very hard if you try to look for clues to it.

Wow after telling my mother about this I finaly found something about her, she's a Homophobe, and even after watching the movies (forget the books, I'll wait 3 years thank you,) I haven't seen anything point in that direction, now more useless knowledge, thanks!
