Oh yes, Gaia, it is true. Devial Went Down to Georgia is a country song. In the original version of this song, there's a fiddle instead of a guitar. Granted the song sounds awesome, but hell has frozen over, a folk/country song IS in guitar hero. XD

Jessica, I thought was generic music for the beach or somethin'. And no, Freebird is rock, not country. If you've heard a country song that tears like Freebird, I'd like to know. And I DO know that it's been redone. Read my post geez.

And I DO know that it's been redone. Read my post geez. The Allman Brothers Band wrote Jessica. The Allman Brothers Band IS Country.(to be more specific country infused with some rock, bluegrass, and jazz) Lynyrd Skynyrd wrote Freebird. Freebird IS Southern Rock. I cant believe people are THIS stupid. And for the record, I welcome diffrent types of music on GH, as it enrichens the overall playing experience. I think they should have more Southern Rock on there. And also, what kind of music do you think Mississippi Queen is? Damn..

To my knowledge, I've seen NO country whatsoever in the GH series. "Jessica", "Free Bird", "Hold on Loosely" and "Mississippi Queen" are all classified as a little something called Southern Rock 3nodding

There is a rock version of devil went down to georgia out there. They could be doing the master track for that.

I refuse to acknowledge Freebird OR Lynard Skynard as Country! Devil Went Down to Georgia is a great song, however guitar-remix or not, it spawned from a country/folk song of which is played on COUNTRY radio stations and if you're gonna tell me you've heard a band like Lynard Skynard on a country radio station then you're lying, or the radio station you're referring to has no specific genre. I hate to sound rude but it's common sense, that's all it is.
