I've seen it when I was 12, and thought it was the scariest one I've seen, but that was like when I was 12, it's been 5 years, I'm sure it's not that scary to me now confused

even though its no longer scary to nearly everyone except first time viewers, its still in my opinion the best slasher movie ever. i'm sorry, but i can't stand all the knock-offs and parodies of Halloween (yes, the Screams too). this was the orginal, and set the table forr nearly every slasher movie ever (ex: Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream, etc.). also, this was the first to have the immortal villian who couldn't die, and dosen't EVERY movie have this?

I agree. 3nodding The first time I saw it was 2 years ago (when I was 13) on Halloween. It was an all-day marathon of all the Halloween movies. 3nodding So I got to watch all of them. I wasn't really scared, but I still thought it was an awesome movie.

Michael Meyers kicks so much a**. I heart Halloween. Definately a great villan of slasher flicks, my favorite move of his is when he cocks his head to the side when looking at his victims. xd He's so badass.

The first is the best, but the 4th is the scariest. H20 was my second favorite though.
