Wow, no clue what this has to do with lolita, but am I glad you posted it! I ♥ X Japan, I despise the SAW movies because I dont like horror movies in general, but I may go see it to hear the song....

eh imho having X's new song as a movie themesong kinda cheapens X's reunion.

I don't see how. It only gives them more exposure. And also proves that they can do something like have a song in such a popular movie.

I know, but it almost makes it seem like they got back together just to make the song for the movie. X already has enough exposure- they're probably the most exposed japanese band out there razz

Not really over here. Fact remains that no matter how popular X was in Japan:
1. That was like 15 years ago
2. X, along with pretty much every other Japanese band, is still pretty strictly limited to listeners who follow a fairly obscure subculture.

XD not saying that X isn't a very exposed band as far as Japanese bands go, but still, over in this country, no Japanese band is very well exposed to the mainstream public (except now maybe Dir en grey).

I completely hate SAW movies.
I love Horror, but not stupid slash, gash, overly done gore movies like SAW.
Thats all I have to say.

They also have a song on Rock Band 2.

And MUCC was evidently on Cloverfield.
I refuse to watch that movie, so it took me a long time to come up with the name.
I actually Googled 'new movie giant monster' xDDD
