Spade was wandering around under a black sky, noticing that storm clouds were fast approaching. It was only the late afternoon, and yet the terrible weather was bringing up the appearance of a night sky. It was a strange sensation, and Spade felt compelled to wander around in such an atmosphere, since many would flee and hide for the fear of a storm.

As usual, he was bright against the landscape, while also stomping as he moved. He lazily eyed everything that was around, wondering if there was anything he could eat. At the moment, it looked as though he was completely alone. That was how it usually was, and he shrugged quietly at such a thought. Some things would never change, and he accepted that. His life was a dull one, and people either feared him, or wanted him dead.

There was never an in between.

She had been watching him for many minutes, and her expression was that of disgust. Her eyes could not put two and two together, and she felt sick at the sight of the creature. What the HELL was that? From the back, he held the attributes of a Kalona, but then his HORN? It was a UNICORN horn, and it was a terrible reality. How the hell could THAT happen? Just thinking about it was making Malice furious, and she continued to snarl quietly as she watched him walk. He was obviously an idiot, he didn't even notice her watching from a short distance. What kind of stallion was he? From the look of things, not a very smart or strong one.

Unlike him, her body hid easily into the dark horizon. But she wasn't hiding. If anything, she was trying to figure out what the ******** was in front of her, and what she needed to do to get rid of it.

The saddest excuse of life stood only a few steps away from her, and it was her job to exterminate the useless freak. Yes, that was correct. Her anger compelled her to anyways, so hopefully this would at least be fun. It had been a few days since she had killed something, and her eyes were crying out for some fun.

Moving herself into a fast run, she rode off to the side of the stallion, until she was directly in front of him now. There was a decent amount of space in between where the stallion was walking, but she made it pretty clear that she had arrived in his gaze, by saying, "And why, dear stallion, is there a reason to keep you alive?"

Spade stopped himself when he noticed the dark female's body in front of his. The fact that she was a kalona instantly registered into his mind, and before he could completely evaluate the situation, the female had let out some very blunt words. JUST great, he had a full blooded female on his hands. This was NOT going to be good, and by the sound and words that she had expressed, he was in trouble.

Trying to collect himself slightly, he cracked his neck and let out his wings. "Who knows, I enjoy being alive, so isn't that good enough?" Twitching lightly, he felt himself get nervous, which then triggered his usual spasms.

He knew he looked more like an idiot by twitching ever few minutes, but he tried to ignore it as he always did, and just remain strong in front of the fierce creature. "Why do you ask?"

"Wrong answer." Was all Malice said, and she moved herself so that she was directly in front of the stallion now. "I think you know PLENTY well why you are an unnatural sight. But, would you like me to remind you?" Lashing her tail from her side, she pierced the stallion in his front leg, and watched a shocked expression flash on his face. She watched the blood drip off of his leg, and it felt better knowing that some of what was impure was dripping out.

"The blood you carry is ruined. You could thank whatever idiot in your past screwed a Unicorn, and if you were smart, you would either live in solitude for the rest of your life, or kill yourself." Snarling, she shook her head, and spat at the stallions hooves. "Now, I hope that sums up the bane of your existence. Just talking about this is pissing me off!"

And with that, Malice lashed forward, biting the stallion in his neck. His blood was putrid, and as she forced him to the side by a violent thrash, she spit the chunk of blood and skin of her mouth. "DISGUSTING." was all she yelled, and she prepared herself in a defensive position, while ready for any failure attempt that the stallion could muster.

Spade's twitching progressed, especially after the mare's violent tactics. He wasn't even listening to what she was saying, until her quick moves were already over. The pain on his body felt terrible, but his worst emotion was that he was PISSED OFF. He snarled at he Kalona, before trying to fix his stance. His leg was aching, but his neck was dripping quickly with blood. Smart mare, go for his neck since he couldn't heal it.

Moving many steps away from the mare, Spade then lowered his horn to his leg, and felt the satisfaction quickly return to where the wound lay. Good, it had healed, so he could resume his speed once again. At least the damn horn had an advantage, and thankfully a unicorn was patient enough to teach him such a technique.

Spade may have been an idiot, but he was a tough stallion. He had spent his entire life being beaten up, so the mare's attack on his neck didn't bother him emotionally. It hurt, but he would soon overcome the pain. With a light twitch, he shook his head, before finally saying, "Bring it on. I don't have a reason for fighting you, besides the fact that you PISSED me off!"

He moved himself forward, coming in for an attack on the mare. She was fast, but he was stronger! He rammed his body into her side, before feeling a small bite on his side. The mare's comeback was not strong enough to phase him, so he rammed his body into her side once again before watching her fall to the ground.

Malice was in disgust when she watched the UniKalona heal himself. His horn, which brought about the blood of a unicorn, was being used to the creature's advantage. If the UniKalona was smart, he would have broken the horn off long ago, and shaved itself the humility of carrying such a thing. But no, apparently this stallion was too stupid to think of such a thing, so Malice decided she would end its existence before the stallion could think about it anymore. He had wasted his life not doing the correct thing, and he needed to pay in bloodshed.

His attacks on her were fierce, but no blood was shed. Her side ached terribly, but she had been through much worse when she was training in her younger days. It took Malice a few moments to stand up, and when she did her eyes pierced on to the stallion's, and her mouth widened into a terrible set of fangs.

"That was the biggest mistake of your life." Fool, did he honestly think that would 'end' the fight?

Malice made herself on the move again, not wasting a moment of time, and she zipped from side to side before she could clench her jaws into the throat of the stallion. He was shaking and kicking her legs, but she ignored the sharp pains on her knees and joints. Soon he would be dripping with more blood, and that would leave Malice satisfied. Once again, his blood tasted putrid, and she wanted to vomit it out. But no, she would sustain herself, and hold on tight.

Many seconds went by, before the stallion raised himself onto his hind legs, and forced Malice to rip her teeth out of his flesh. He really was an idiot, for doing that allowed Malice to give him MORE damage to his throat, and the cut now dragged further down his line of flesh.

The female backed away for a moment to catch her breath, and she watched how everything around them dripped with red. It was a pleasant sight, and she could only grin at the stallion, before letting her legs rest themselves from his terrible blows.

"How does it feel? You should know that you deserve this. Everything about you deserves this. This is what is done to those that do and are everything wrong." Yes, yes she was teaching him. Hopefully he was listening.

Things weren't looking so good at this moment now...

Spade felt himself groan when his throat was pierced, and the seconds of the female's clasp felt like hours to his brain. It was much more painful then the side of his neck, and he felt the veins and skin rip from their usual places. It was terrible, and Spade didn't know how to react. Lifting himself on to his hind legs, he kicked at the female to get her off him, and luckily was successful in at LEAST that.

He watched her back away from him, and he fell onto one of his knees.

"I am glad you are enjoying this.." he then murmured, while twitching uncontrollably. "It must be nice to pick on those who can't control their birth. Yeah, must be real ******** nice." Groaning once more, he squinted his eyes and felt more pain swell in. Would he really die? Would all of the pain he felt everyday finally leave him alone?

"I wonder if this is it.. "

He wasn't going to fight anymore? Malice didn't even HURT herself! This was the most boring defeat EVER.

"Is that really it? Are you serious?" She hit her hoof on the ground, feeling almost MAD at this idiot. "This only proved to me how big of a waste of time you are. My goodness, I should stop myself before I develop a sweat."

Undoing her wings, Malice sneered at the male, while watching him lose himself by the second. "Well, hopefully your pain will continue to haunt you until you truly die. Thank you for proving to me once more how incredibly worthless you are as a creature." And with that, she took a few steps away from the stallion, and tried to figure out which direction she wanted to go in.

"I wish I could have enjoyed this more." she then said, while looking at the stallion one last time. "You control your fate, though. And if for some reason you DO make it out of your state alive, then I think you should consider what the ******** you are doing with your life. If I ever see you again, with that horn.." she snarled, hoping that day would NEVER come, "I will make sure to brutally beat you until you die. There is a reason you are wrong in nature, and you should have known that and ended your life yourself."

And with that, the female lifted herself into the sky, and vanished from the stain of red. She was still disgruntled and angry, but at least she knew she could do something to that in which plagued her and nature..

Spade had been abandoned.

The Crimson Kalona was SO disappointed in him, that she didn't even kill him. Instead, he was forced to lay in a bloody turmoil, and evaluate his worth as a creature. Sitting there in a painful silence only proved to Spade why he should die, and just end the misery forever.

What was the point of staying alive anyways? He shuddered and twitched, and closed his eyes in a sad neglect. He really was a failure, and he needed to accept that truth before it continued to kill him more.

It didn't feel like he was going to die, which was a pity. Instead, Spade just sat and waited until his energy would rise up again, so he could flee the bloody area forever. It felt as though it would be hours until that happened, so the stallion just stay in his burrowed spot, with closed eyes and a sad frown.

The silent female was still awe struck from what had unfolded in front of her. She had only wandered in towards the end of the fight, but it seemed that's when the violence was at its worst. Two Kalonas.. or wait. One Kalona, and one mixed creature? He had a horn that looked like hers, and that brought a shiver down her body.

It was a likely scenario, since the pure obviously wanted to shred apart the other. The red creature was severely damaged, and Ghost noticed that right away. He was probably emotionally damaged beyond belief, and she frowned at his silent movements.

Poor fellow.. ah well, she should probably go heal him now.

For awhile Ghost continued to be silent, but it looked as though the other female had vanished long ago.

She made her way out of the trees, and looked down at the bloody creature. "I am going to heal you.." was all she said, since it was too disgusting to look at or think about. Yes.. she needed to help him, and her only reasoning was because she COULD. She had never been around a situation as serious as this, and she shuddered as she looked at him closely. "Where to start.."

Spade opened his eyes and noticed the pink creature. She was angelic in her own way, and her innocence radiated through the pink on her body. He could tell by her eyes that this was new to her, and it was revolting. She was also a strange mix herself, which made Spade's eyes widen. "What.. who..?" With a frigid twitch, he straightened out his neck before looking up at her again.

His usual reaction was to lash out at anyone foreign who came near him, but this female was not like that. Her eyes told the truth of her being, and she was not supposed to see something as terrible as this.

"Your only going to hurt yourself.." Spade then said, while taking his eyes off hers. "This is going to ruin you, your not meant to be here."

Why he cared? That was the strangest question of them all.. maybe it was because she was a mix herself, or maybe it was because her courage was completely shocking. It was courage that Spade could never have, and just looking at the situation that way made him frown at himself.

Here was a creature who had never SEEN bloodshed, and that didn't stop her from helping a potential enemy at all.. "Thank you.." No, it wasn't his Pride that was damaged. It was the fact that he could never do anything himself, and this female was making him hope for something different.

Ghost bit her lip as she moved her horn on his neck, and she closed her eyes in hopes of healing one of the tremendous wounds. "Its not your fault, being a mix can be scary." With closed eyes, she decided to vent herself, since the silence was begging her to speak. "You have a much harder burden to carry, but that shouldn't stop you. I am proud of my mix because I am proud of my parents. Are you proud of your parents?" When she opened her eyes again, she noticed one of the gashes on his neck were now patched up and complete.

With no fear at all, she moved her horn to another spot on his neck, and closed her eyes once again. "One's opinion should never shape your own, and that's something I've learned in life. I hope you walk away from this not being broken, but maybe even better emotionally. If you spend your life listening to everyone else, you'll never have time to listen to yourself. That is something that most don't think about enough."

Bringing her horn off him, she noticed that most of the bleeding had stopped, and she quickly patched up anymore cuts or scrapes that were on his body. "There is no such thing as a mistake. Your parents didn't think you were a mistake, so how could you even be one?" Bringing herself in his gaze, she smiled and let a few tears out her eyes. "And your right, this is the most bloody and.. scary thing I have ever seen. But I should thank you, because I needed to see this so I could grow myself."

Ghost's life revolved around dreams too much, and she needed to become a better female and grow into her innocent mind. She could still be herself, and that was a revelation that was new to her. Hardship COULD bring happiness, and she needed to stay positive from this.

"So, what will you do now?" Ghost had no clue if the stallion would attack her.. or even kill her. But that didn't matter, since it was highly unlikely. He was watching her the entire time, as if learning and growing himself.

Spade stood himself up, and despite a few aches or pains, he was healed.

He was silent for many minutes, since his eyes were fully widened at the female's words. She was so brave, and he couldn't believe it. She hadn't even hesitated at all, and he knew he could be like that someday. Strength didn't necessarily mean physical power. It meant being like this female, who shed a few tears out of her own self growth.

"I don't even know how to thank you.." Spade then said, while twitching his neck slightly. "I.. need to work on so much."

Taking a moment to open up himself, he brought his eyes on the female, and stamped his hoof on the ground. "I was a brat, but I am proud of my parents, and my silly sisters. I never thought I was a mistake until others told me so.." Drooping his ears a tad, he shook his head suddenly and tried to break out of the sadness in his mind.

"You are an amazing mare. I have never liked mares, or trusted them. But you are beyond what I knew about mares." He always assumed they were worthless and something he could never trust, but this female was the opposite. "What is your name? I must remember you as my savior.. and maybe one day, a friend." Putting a light grin on his face, he bowed down to her, and shuddered at the quick movement. "I don't consider myself a Kalona, since I am a UniKalona. So I don't kill creatures for breed like they do. I never have, and I never will." He obviously hunt, but she didn't need to know that. "My name is Spade.." never had he given his name out so comfortably like that.

"My name is Ghost." was all the female said at first, and she lowered her head politely before looking towards Spade once again. "And please, I am nothing amazing. You will find that some people are honest in this world, while others have nothing better to do in their lives. If anything, I am myself, and that's all that matters." Strength was something that was hard to find in oneself, but Ghost had spent a lot of her life over coming any insecurities or fears she had.

"And a proud UniKalona you shall become. I am a Uniflutter, or.. Fluttercorn.. well." With a silly nod, she smiled and gazed to the distance. "I am a mix myself, and I find nothing wrong with that."

It was a strange sight, to have two mixes so bounded for no apparent reason. Ghost felt as though a piece of her that was missing was found, and she knew she could go off and do great things after this. "I hope you will remember to stay strong, since I know you can overcome all of this."

She walked a few steps away from him, before turning to look at him quietly. "Was there anything else you needed? It was my fault to be wandering around this late in the first place, and I should probably go home."
