Eh I know this isn't fully relate, but if any of you guys notice that there's more vampire stores in mangas, books and now there's a vampire show.. granted there was one a long time ago aka Buffy.. So has anyone seen the new show Moonlight?? I missed a few episodes due to being busy... Also there's Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse which is a book series about a human girl falling in love with a vampire. Then there's another manga I read called Millenium Snow.. which is about a human girl making friends with a vampire and a were-wolf.. Hmm I wonder if there would be a were-wolf in Vampire Knights?? Though I do wonder where the series will go... Sorry I just had to post this...

I'd agree that they are for sure popular with the media, but they kind have been popular with the media for quite a while. There's a new horror movie comming out (that I will not see due to me hating horror) but it has vampires...
YAY buffy, JOSS WHEDON rules my life!
As for Were-wolfs... I highly doubt it. So far throught the manga, there hasn't been any sight of other species becides humans and vampires. Therefore I doubt it...

Elves are even more popular than vampires. For some reason, eveyone seems to love everything elven-like after watching The Lord of the Rings...

Vampires are awesome! Why wouldn't it become a trend?
Oh and btw, Yay for Twilight series, gotta love being an Edward Cullen fangirl! And I also read Millennium Snow, awesome manga. I command you all, as a Vice Captain to read all those books.
Oh and another good vampire series is the Anita Blake series. its got vampires , Werewolves AND ZOMBIES! and a lot more but i forget the names

Would millennium snow also be considered a thousand years of snow? If so, I love that series, though... I've only read through chapter 9.5.

well i guess it's just time for vampires to to take control for a little while.
the twilight series is the best vampire series of books out there i have read, besides the anne rice collection. and vampire knight is the best manga series out there i've bothered to read.
and im sorry to all of you edward cullen fans but im a jacob black fan. go jake!

i wonder...
do you like the cold or the hot?
in Twilight vampires are cold
and werewolves are hot.
i've always loved the cold season.
can anybody do a poll and see how many

(i don't know how sweatdrop cry ) i don't like winter all that much. too darn cold(i live down south). anyways- why don't you poll? it's easy enough. sorry me's getting off topic.

I LOVE TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!! (ima fan girl.... i have the series too... im waiting for the forth book....) and vamps have to be the next big thing.... 1st elves, the dragons, then zombies.... VAMPS MUST BE NEXT!!! Vampire Knight is by far the best manga i've read btw... and also.... JACOB BLACK ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! idk y people hate him so much......
