Alright, I've got enough fandoms to do this...I'm sure. I'm desperatly trying to avoid using anime for this too... Also trying really REALLY hard to keep it het and avoid yaoi/yuri...

Aang / Cassandra - Stargate SG-1. They can relate on the level that they've both lost their entire civilization...but have found new families. Cassandra would also be supportive of Aang's quest, and would probablly motivate him to take his own safty into account a little more often. There'd be complications though...especially if it's after Janet's death...because Cassandra already lost her mother, and the fear of loosing Aang as well just may be very nearly paralizing.

Sokka / Daley Marin - Flight 29 Down. She's strong enough to give Sokka a run for his money, and yet she'd still need his protection. The perfect combonation. She's headstrong and competitive...but when it comes right down to it, she needs people. All the sparks of Sokka and Suki but without the part where Sokka gets his a** handed to him. Because...you know...Daley probablly couldn't do that.

Katara / Fonzie - Happy Days. Alright, so I don't really see this one going anywhere. However, I'm betting a glimpse of Katara could have the same effect on Fonz that a glimpse of Ashley Phister had on him. (Instantly starts planning to marry her) And the best part is Katara dosen't have a kid to complicate things. What's interesting about this pairing is that Katara wouldn't let the weird things Fonzie's capable of rest at just that he's 'cool' and want to know about the source of his weird power. Might even learn he's some sort of bender and never really knew it. ...a powerful bender at that...heh...

Toph / Yugi Moto - Yu-Gi-Oh. I know, I know, I said I was trying to avoid anime. But my brain just won't let this one go! Yeah, I know, it sounds like a total crack pairing, but hear me out. Look at everyone every shipper has ever paired Yugi with in his own fandom. ...besides Tea. What's the one thing they all have in common? ...strength. Strength Toph has in spades. Besides that, I'd say they're a good balance for one another.

Zuko / Page Halliwell - Charmed. Why, of all the sisters, did I say Page? The fact that she's the closest to his age only had minimal impact. The fact that Page's taste in men tends to run to guys almost exactly like Zuko...only a little less emo...certianlly has a big hand to play in it. Not to mention she's a big believer in nurture over nature and could help get him over all the "Desteny" crap he believes in.

Azula / Q - Star Trek. She'd certianlly be a curiousity to him, and an interesting change from the likes of Picard. He, on the other hand, has the kind of power she could only dream of...and she likely would follow him faithfully for a mere taste of that power until she could find a way to use it against him, which she wouldn't. I'd say the relationship would turn sexual when Azula attempts to use her body to gain an advantage over him...

Falan from Vampire Game and Zuko? They might make a cute couple. xD They contrast a lot and maybe have that opposites attract thing going on. She's so quiet and sweet, and he's fiery and...angry. LOL.

Hm...mmhmm....

Princess Ishtar from Vampire Game and Zuko may get along well. They are not that much of opposites; Ishtar's got a pretty fiery personality. She likes to have adventures, and getting away from her guards. (similar to Zuko wanting to get away from Iroh and be 'alone')
