shut up, i'm about to tell you
about the difference you will never make
how to win the war with no regrets
no hurt, no pain, no shame.
Name: Aaron Summers
Age: 21 years old
Gender: Male
Pokemon: Meowth
Starting Stage: Human
Physical Description if Starting Human: Aaron stands at about 5'7", give or take an inch, and weighs around 109 lb. His frame is rather thin and bony... not in an especially unhealthy way, but in a more awkward, lanky way. His hair is a sandy shade of blonde, and is quite... scruffy? I believe that would be the right word to describe it. While not necessarily uncared for, it certainly looks quite wild, fluffing up in the back and hanging directly in front of his eyes. Speaking of his eyes... they are a deep brown hue, wide and almond-shaped, but dull; there's no shine to them at all. He also has dark rings around his eyes, most likely from a lack of sleep.
Gernerally speaking, he's a cute kid. He appears to be a lot younger than he is -perhaps around 15 or 16- and he also looks very frail. But looks are deceiving.
Clothing-wise, Aaron wears a white polo shirt under a short sleeve black sweater thing (again, bear with me; I'm sleepy), with khaki cargo capris and black and white tennis shoes. This would be normal if it weren't for his... odd accessories. On his wrists and ankles are thick wooden bangles, which I will explain elsewhere. x3 He has a single stud earring on his left ear, and on his right wrist is the tattoo of a barcode; these things were acquired in vain attempts to harrass his parents. He also has a tendency to wear a lot of black eyeliner, usually in strange patterns, like teardrops, lines from his eyes to his cheek, or jagged curves.
**I got bored and did a fairly quick sketch, because my description leaves a lot to be desired.
It sucks, right? Well that's not what matters right this second. Also, I don't know why he looks so gloomy... his expression is generally an aggravated one.
Personality: Aaron may be the only person left in the modern world that always finds himself asking the age-old question: "Just why am I doing this, anyways?", no matter what the situation may be. From going to school to making his bed, from the theory of gravity to Daylight Savings Time, he always questions the motive. This leads to a bit of trouble at times, primarily his rebellious nature and his lack of motivation; if he finds no reason to do something, he simply does not do it. This singular trait branches out into all of his other flaws: he gains a false sense of superiority, considering himself more intelligent than the rest of the world. He overthinks things, occasionally leading to some bizarre conclusions. Without motivation, life is not worth living, making him a seriously pessimistic person. Throw in his hostile nature and you have the perfect recipe for Human Train Wreck.
His good traits are few and far between, but when they surface, it's obvious. Aaron can be a loyal friend when he actually likes someone, and will defend them fiercely should they be attacked verbally (they're on their own if it gets physical). While he may not be the most comforting person, he is quite gifted when it comes to knocking some sense into people... though this is usually done in a verbally-abusive manner.
Aaron's interests tend to be on the artistic side. He is able to play the violin and can often be found toting his around (he also has dabbled in guitar, piano, clarinet, and oddly enough, xhylophone) He also has a tendency to draw sketchy little doodles wherever possible; these drawings are always monochromatic, never colored. Suprisingly, he also harbors a secret love of opera, as we all do (you know it's true :3).
In recent years, the word 'schedule' has come to mean absolutely nothing to this kid. He wakes up when he's no longer tired, eats only when he is hungry, and if he is not tired, he simply doesn't sleep. This eventually devolved into a "sleeping is for losers" and "eating is a waste of time" mindset, giving him an almost-sickly appearance, with narrow features, rail-thin arms, and dark rings around the eyes. His face bears an ever-tired appearance.
Though Aaron is twenty-one, he certainly does not act his age. When he left home, he simply wasn't mature enough to handle himself properly. Moving in with his unattentive uncle was also a mistake. With no guidlines to follow, he never managed to learn those valuable life lessons necessary to be a mature adult. It's as though he never matured past the age of 16. This also makes him a rather naive person, though he denies this more than anything. I think that Aaron may also have some self-destructive habits, but I haven't really decided what.
Other Random Things (moreso to remind myself)
- He is lefthanded.
- He uses voodoo dolls.
- He has no favorite color.
- He is prone to foul language.
- He hates smiling, but does it often.
- He hates affection, but can't live without it.
- He has joint pains, which mostly likely are psychological rather than physical.
- He writes songs, but hates singing.
- He has a wide vocabulary and enjoys using words that are way too big for casual conversation. ("Try 'too bombastic', mmkay?")
- He does not know how old he is -he's certain it's around 25 though- and doesn't especially care.
- Despite his youthful appearance, he claims he's middle-aged.
- He especially hates children... that is, everyone under the age of 18.
History: Aaron's childhood is a rather plain one. He was constantly overshadowed by his elder siblings, one being a valedictorian and the other a cancer patient, needing constant care. Aaron was an underachiever, typically avoided everyone, and rarely left the house. Despite all this, he desired attention, and envied his siblings greatly. His need for acknowedgement drove him to do some reckless things, all of which eventually led to his running away at age 16. He had no Pokemon at the time, nor anywhere to go. The only relative he had was his uncle in Lavendar, so Aaron took up residence there. It was in this town that he acquired his three Pokemon: a cyndaquil named Gabriel, a Pidgey named Otto, and a Cubone named Lucy.
By the time Aaron was twenty, his older brother had succumbed to his disease and died, and his uncle left Lavendar for Johto, leaving Aaron alone. The losses were shocking, but instead of softening his ill temper, they simply made him an even more disagreeable person.
The death of his brother, Lee Summers, led to a series of incidences that are still considered quite scandalous in the Summers family. First was the matter of the will... Lee left his small but mentionably fortune to Aaron, namely because Aaron promised he would return home if this was done. Then there was the funeral. Aaron was, of course, asked to attend and it was assumed that, no matter how rotten he was, he would show. But it soon became clear that he never considered keeping the promise he made to his dying brother, as he did not come home. In fact, he took the money, skipped the funeral, and sort of... vanished. He changed his phone number, ignored the letters he recieved from relatives, and ultimately dismissed his last name entirely, donning his middle name (Valentine) as a last name.
Strengths: - Observant and intelligent
- Loyal to his friends
- Honest when necessary
Weaknesses: - Chronic liar
- Somewhat powerhungry
- Decidedly rude
- Poor judgement
- No respect for authority
Future Plans for Character or Any Extra Info: I think that, in becoming a Meowth-morph, Aaron would take on a new personality. He'd definitely lighten up, if not take on some feline-like characteristics (a love of all things round and/or shiny, for example). He also needs a good wake-up smack, to let him know that he should actually respect other peoples' emotions, or some such nonsense.
