Well it has recently been confirmed by the head of ADV that the "Evangelion Live Action Movie" is still kicking and is said to have entered the production phase. The actual production time is rumored to be from one to four years. There is no word on casting but ADV has said that WETA studios and "a few big names" are on board for the project.
Also Fortune magazine reported that ADV has 110 million dollars set aside for a big project and claims it only has half of what it need for the projects expenses.
Sounds promising, don't it?!

The only movies I'm looking forward to right now are Saw 4, The Mist, and Fallen Angels when it comes to DVD.
