level 69 W00T! Have an allpowerfull spell I named, "Death's touch" Kills ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING. maybe not in one hit but it causes their death xd .
Ex: Demora Lord attacks me, I use spell, he dies.
Ex2: A vampire warlord attcks me, used spell, he takes a toll and is paralized, I push him over a cliff! xd bye bye warlord!

Higher levels mean nothin' if you build your character correctly. talk2hand
I'm talkin' about power boosting, which is the real hardcore stuff.
In case you have no clue what I mean by power boosting...
It's when you max out your character attributes to 100 by the time you reach around level 34.
This can be achieved by forcing three attributes with 5+ bonuses for every level gained.
If you have Shivering Isles, you can achieve attributes beyond 100 by using the Feldew quest.

Level 1 with maxed everything. I win.
Plus, lvl 95 is impossable unless you did the jail leveling.

i reached the top of chapel Skingrad using only paintbrushes, then i jumped off of it and survived

I've completed every possible quest, found every possible location, and own millions of gold and every house and downloadable house in the game all from legitimately playing with absolutely no rule bending or glitching or god modding or turning the difficulty down and brightness up, lol.
Isn't that the point of the game? So many people are into what level their character is when they don't realize it's about knowing how to get from Leyawwin to Blackhorn Castle without ever using your map, it's about playing the game to be good at it, not playing it to be uber powerful. I prefer low level characters any day, it's not even fun when you're a high level character, and the high level weapons don't feel any more powerful than low level weapons anyways, spells however can be very satisfying, personally though I don't try to make any super awesome spells, I just use apeothesis and it's instant death in most cases except against boss characters.
lol I hated fighting Mannimarco when I had Apeothesis because he died in one hit and it ended up being the lamest fight ever, sometimes I don't want my boss's to die so easily.
